How to Make an Easy Apple Pie From Two Ready Pie Crust
This is an easy apple pie that you can put together in no time. I have made this pie many times and it is so easy and so delicious. You can add more sugar if you like it more sweet.
Ingredients
6 apples, green apples, or any apple slightly sour and firm
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (It didn't show in the video)
1/4 cup sugar (you can add more sugar if you like a sweeter pie)
3-4 tablespoons of brown sugar
2-3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon, or to taste
2 ready-made pie dough
Add on top about 2-3 tablespoons small cold butter cubes, nutmeg and cinnamon
-Bake at 370 F for 45-60 minutes
Note: After putting the apple pie in the oven after 20-30 minutes, if the edges have become browned , it is better to put aluminum foil around it to protect it from burning

Keto Apple Pie [with Low-Carb Pie Crust]
This divine classic gets a Keto twist that starts with the flakiest pastry made with almond and coconut flour and moistened with egg, the best butter, and cream cheese. Once you have mastered this super simple keto pastry – don’t forget the xanthan gum for maximum flexibility – you will want to use it all the time. Of course, Keto Apple Pie doesn’t have apples in it as they are high-carb fruit; we have swapped in zucchini which holds spice beautifully and mimics that soft but firm texture.
Zucchini is packed full of goodness, boasting fiber, and improving digestion with its high water content. This recipe draws out the sweet flavor of this delightful fruit (yes, zucchinis are fruit!) with the addition of cinnamon which protects against heart disease and supports that all-important blood sugar control. We add allspice to elevate this low-carb dish to new heights and provide further health benefits, including better gut health and a dose of iron and calcium.
The filling for this Keto Apple Pie replaces sugar with erythritol, making it as sweet as apple pie, but without the sugar crash. You want to dice the zucchini into small uniform cubes and add the lemon for a sour complement to the sweetness of the erythritol. Because the pastry is gluten-free, it pays to make it the day before and rest it in the fridge overnight – or for as long as possible. When it’s time to roll it out, pop it between two sheets of baking paper to stop it from cracking.

Applesauce Pie Recipe ???????????????? | No Peel Apple Pie | Easiest Apple Pie Recipe EVER!!????????????
This applesauce pie recipe is one of the most delicious and easiest apple pie recipes ever! This no peel apple pie combines homemade applesauce, sugar, spices, eggs, and butter to make an amazing custard filling with a flavor reminiscent of old fashioned apple butter. The texture is soft and creamy, the occasional small bit of apple reminding the palate that this is a fruit pie. Although you could probably use storebought apple sauce, making your own homemade applesauce is easy, especially if you use the microwave like I did. This pie was one of the best desserts I have ever eaten, so you should definitely give it a try.
This applesauce pie recipe starts by making my own homemade applesauce. I cut around the cores of some golden delicious apples and then cut the larger chunks in half, leaving the peel on. After a sprinkling of fresh lemon juice, I put the apples in a microwave-safe bowl, covered them with plastic, and microwaved them for 3 increments of 5 minutes, stirring after each increment. Once the apples were totally softened, I used a hand held immersion blender to puree the flesh and skins.
The resulting applesauce is very thick, thickener than storebought applesauce, and it is incredibly delicious. I didn't add any sugar, so it was healthy, too. I could have just eaten the applesauce on its own, but I had to save some for the pie.
The next step in the applesauce pie recipe is making the custard filling. Once the homemade applesauce had cooled down, I mixed it with light brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and lemon juice for flavor, along with butter and eggs to make the custard. I wasn't quite sure how much sugar to add, so I started off conservatively and used 1/3 cup of both brown and white sugar. However, after tasting the filling, I decided to add a bit more for a total of 1/2 cup of both brown and white.
This was the easiest apple pie recipe ever since there was no top crust to put on the pie. After pouring the custard filling into an unbaked pie shell, I simply put it in the oven and baked. One of the most nerve-wracking parts of making an apple pie is making sure that the top crust is situated perfectly on top of the pie, so removing that step makes this the easiest apple pie recipe ever.
When I took this applesauce pie out of the oven, the appearance definitely reminded me of pumpkin pie, but the aroma of sweet apples and spices made it clear that it wasn't. The pie looked magazine-picture perfect, so I couldn't wait to try it.
When I took my first bite, I knew immediately that this applesauce pie recipe was one of the best desserts I had ever made. The flavor was very similar to apple butter in that the flavor was very intense, concentrated, sweet, and spiced, with perhaps a bit more citrus and a slight butteriness. If you like apple butter, which most people do, then you will absolutely love this pie.
I also liked the texture. Like other custard pies, the filling was soft and creamy, and since I used homemade microwave applesauce, the occasional small bits of fruit made it clear that this was an apple pie.
My only critique is that this applesauce pie was a bit sweet, the natural sugars becoming more concentrated in the oven than I had anticipated. When (not if) I make this pie again, I won't change anything, but some people might want to add a bit less sugar.
Honestly, this southern applesauce pie recipe was fantastic. It was delicious and easy to make, so this no peel apple pie would be perfect for beginner cooks. It would be perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Sunday dinner, or just because. A lot of people like to put ice cream on apple pie, but this pie didn't need anything at all. If you are looking for a unique yet still old fashioned apple pie recipe, be sure to make this one. ????????????????????????????

HOW TO MAKE APPLE PIE: Super Easy and with a sugar substitute option (see description for deets)!
Super Easy Homemade Apple Pie! ????
When autumn rolls around it’s the season of apple picking. One of the first things I make for my family after this annual tradition is this super easy apple pie. I do the crust shortcut by getting a store-bought brand that has two in one package. Serve this up a la mode with vanilla ice cream or with homemade whipped cream (simple fast recipe on my TikTok)
Ingredients
2 store-bought pie crusts, thawed (you can find them in the freezer section of the grocery store)
5 1/2 to 6 cups peeled, thinly sliced Honey Crisp (or any sweet variety of your choice) and Granny Smith apples (about 4-5 medium apples)
¾ cup sugar or Swerve (sugar substitute for diabetics)2 tablespoons all-purpose flour1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon¼ teaspoon salt
Optional: walnuts and/or raisins
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bring frozen/refrigerated pie crusts to room temperature. You can do what I did in the video and just use the pie crust with the aluminum tins or you can take your own 9 inch glass pie plate and transfer one of the two crusts onto it.
2. In a large bowl, toss together all of the filling ingredients
3. Transfer filling to the pie crust. Take the second pie crust and place it on top of the apple filling.
4. You can tuck or press the extra top crust under the bottom crust edge, pinching together with your fingers to seal.
5. Cut slits in the top of the pie (to allow steam to vent as shown in my video).
6. Place the pie plate on a baking tray or cookie sheet to catch any spillage.
7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
8. Cool pie and enjoy!
