How To make Southwest Meatball Supper
3 tb Vegetable oil
1 md Onion, diced, about 3/4 cup
1 tb Chili powder
1 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 c Fine dry bread crumbs
1 lg Egg
1/2 ts Salt
1 16 oz. jar mild taco sauce
1 lg Fresh, ripe tomato, cut
-Into bite-size chunks, -About 1 cup 1 sm Head iceberg lettuce,
-Cored and shredded, about -4 cups 1/4 c Coarsely grated Monterey
-Jack cheese, optional 1 sm Ripe avocado, peeled,
-Pitted and sliced, opt. Fresh basil or cilantro -Sprigs, optional In 10" skillet,over medium high heat,heat 1 tbsp. oil;add onion and chili powder;cook about 5 minutes,stirring frequently until onion is tender and well coated with chili powder.Remove from heat; let cool slightly.Spoon onion into large bowl;wipe out skillet.Add ground beef,bread crumbs,egg and salt to onion in bowl;using hands or wooden spoon,blend well.Shape mixture into 1" balls. To skillet,add remaining 2 tbsp. oil;heat over medium high heat.Add meatballs;cook about 12 minutes until well browned on all sides and cooked through.Stir in taco sauce and tomato;bring to boil.Reduce heat to low;simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors.To serve: Arrange bed of shredded lettuce over platter.Spoon meatball mixture over lettuce; sprinkle with cheese,if desired.Garnish with avocado slices and basil spring,if desired;serve with taco chips.Makes 4 servings.

This recipe is for all the working moms and dads, needs a quick meal for the week night. This meal so fast you'll be done in no time. It only takes about 25 minutes not even that if your good at chopping vegs. I'm telling you, the family is going to love this spin on a meatball sub. Please Enjoy!
35 Medium meatballs
1 Jar Bertolli's Alfredo basil sauce
1 bell pepper
1/2 onion
Artesano Sausage rolls
Mozzarella Cheese
2 tbsp. Butter
Fresh cilantro
Oven 450 for 5 mins.

QUICK & EASY Meatball Marinara ???? [RECIPE] ????
Today, we're making Meatballs Marinara!
You can use this delicious sauce on pasta or meatballs, it can be served as an entree or as a side dish/appetizer!
It's truly versatile, super easy to make, but most important... it's DELICIOUS!

Meatballs Marinara
Makes about 20 golf-ball-sized meatballs
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Panko
2 Tablespoons milk
1 egg
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (not shredded), plus more for garnish
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
1 jar (24 oz.) marinara or other pasta sauce
3-4 basil leaves for garnish, if desired
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together Panko, milk, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add ground beef and mix together with your hands. Using your hands, make about 20 golf-ball-sized meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
Set oven to broil. Placing baking sheet on a rack in the upper-third of the oven, broil meatballs for 5 minutes. Remove pan from oven and flip meatballs, then broil meatballs again for 5 minutes more.
Switch oven to bake and preheat to 375F.
Pour about 1 cup sauce into the bottom of a medium-sized oven-proof dish. Add the meatballs to the sauce. Pour remaining sauce over the meatballs.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with grated Parmesan and fresh basil before serving.

2 Tbsp parsley
1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
I did 2 tsp Cajun (it has salt)
Sauce:
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
6-8 cloves garlic
30oz tomato sauce
Pinch of salt to taste
2 sub breads
Garlic butter: 2 Tbsp butter 4 cloves garlic
Parsley and cheese
Top with mozzarella cheese and enjoy
