Fresh Ingredients
1. 300g Beef ( I use rump steak)
2. 1 Cup Broccoli
3. 1/2 cup Cabcicum sliced
4. 1/2 Sping Onion
5. 1 Cup Mushrooms slice
Sauce Ingredients
1. 3 Tbsp oyster sauce
2. 2 Tbsp soy sauce
3. 1/4 Chicken powder
4. 1/4 sugar
5. A bit of Black pepper
6. Tbsp tapioca flour ( Can use corn flour)
*** Milanade Beef and tapioca flour and soy sauce together for 15min before start cooking. ????????????**

Pad Nam Mun Hoi is a classic stir fry flavour that is very simple to make but is very tasty to eat using the marinaded beef and stir fry sauce from previous videos and oyster sauce. Perfect dish for any day.
ผัดเนื้อน้ำมันหอย เมนูนี้ดูง่ายๆ แต่มีเทคนิคการทำให้อร่อย ในวีดีโอนี้ เราได้หมักเนื้อไว้แล้วด้วยซอสผัดเอนกประสงค์ที่เราได้ทำไปเมื่อคลิปที่แล้ว การหมักเนื้อไว้แล้วจะทำให้เนื้อมีรสขาติที่ดีและนุ่ม เมื่อเรานำมาผัดก็จะอร่อย และเวลาผัดอย่าผัดให้เนื่อสุกเกินไป จะทำให้เหนียวและแห้ง และผักก็ไม่ควรผัดนาน พยายามกะเวลาให้สุกพร้อมๆกันพอดี จะได้เมนูอร่อยๆที่เห็นนี่แหละค่ะ เจอกันใหม่คลิปหน้าค่ะ สวัสดีค่ะ

Beef Stir Fry I Asian Recipe I Coriander Beef

Ingredients
Beef marination:
* 1 1/2 pounds of thinly sliced beef sirloin
* 2 teaspoons garlic
* 2 teaspoons ginger
* 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 3 teaspoons lime juice
* Half a cup of cilantro chopped
* 1/4 cup of oil
Food to cook:
* Red and green bell peppers cut into slices
* One whole red onion thinly sliced
Steps
1.  place to beef strips in a glass or ceramic bowl. Add the garlic, ginger, coriander, and oil. Mix together well then cover and refrigerate for two hours.
2. Keep the wok until very hot and stir fry the meat in three batches over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the meat is just cooked. Remove all the meat from the wok and keep it warm.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil, add the onion and cook over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes, or until slightly softened. Add bell peppers, and cook, tossing constantly, for 3-4 minutes, or until the bell peppers are slightly softened.
4. Return all the meat to the wok with lime juice and extra coriander. Toss well, then remove from the heat and season well with salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Serve immediately. Serve with rice.
