How To make Stir Fried Ginger Beef (Nua Pad King)
1/4 c Vegetable oil
1 Garlic clove, minced
10 oz Top sirloin steak, cut into
-1/4x1-inch strips 1/2 c Fresh ginger, peeled and
-very thinly sliced 1 tb Fish sauce (nam pla)
1 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Oyster sauce
1 1/2 ts Brown sugar, firmly packed
1 3/4 c Green bell pepper, thinly
-sliced 1 c Onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 c Freshly-cooked rice
Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir-fry until browned, 20 to 30 seconds. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Add ginger, fish sauce, and soy sauce; stir-fry for 1 minute. Mix in oyster sauce and sugar. Add bell pepper and onion. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes. This dish is one of my faves. Not only it’s delicious & versatile but also quick to make.
You can use it to make a rice bowl, add more veggies to it, or add it in your salad.
If you don’t have ground beef- you can use ground pork or chicken or you can use tofu if your vegetarian.

3. Red chili 1 tbsp.
4. Turkey berry ¼ cup.
5. Coconut milk 2 tbsp.
6. Red curry paste 2 tbsp.
7. Fish sauce 1 tbsp.
8. Palm sugar ½ tbsp.
9. Oil 2 tbsp.

This dish concentrates the iconic flavours of Thailand into one quick and easy stir-fry. Chicken and crunchy long beans tossed in salty-sweet red curry paste, and served with creamy salted duck egg. Try it with fried tofu for a vegetarian version!

Diced Chicken thighs 580g
Shredded Young ginger 150g
Onion 155g
Spring onions 90g
Red big chilli 20g
Garlic 25g
Thai Soy bean paste 2 Tbsp
Oysters sauce 2 Tbsp
Thai light mushroom soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Sugar 2 Tbsp
✅If you would like to experience exactly taste please do measurements. Also the light mushroom soy sauce I used “Healthy Boy Brand” you can substitute with premium light soy sauce “pearl river bridge”. Also for Thai soy beans paste please use Thai “Healthy Boy Brand” as well. If you are living in USA and Australia you can buy them from Asian grocery store or online shopping like eBay, amazon or searching them through google you will find store online. They can’t be omit or substitute with something else that taste won’t be the same. So please try to find them. ????????????????

1 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tbsp Olive oil
