EASY ASIAN STYLE BEEF & SPINACH| COOK WITH ME!
Ingredients:
Thinly sliced beef
3 cloves of garlic chopped
a small piece of ginger finely chopped
1 small onion sliced (optional)
Soy sauce
3 cups of spinach
salt/pepper
corn starch.
In a bowl combine, the sliced beef with 1 tsp. of salt/pepper, and 1 tsp. of soy sauce, and corn starch. Mix well together, and marinate for 30 mins (or longer).
In a hot wok, or pan, add three tbsp. of Oil, and fry the marinated meat. add a little bit of the chopped garlic. cook meat to your taste.
Remove meat from the heat. and Add ginger, garlic, and onions. Sautee, add chili flakes (optional) As the onions start to brown add all the spinach. Sautee until the spinach wilts, add the meat back in the pan. mix well add a few drops of soy sauce.
Serve with steamed rice.

INGREDIENTS:
* 3 indomie noodle packets
* 1&1/2 lbs flank steak beef cut against grain of muscle into thin pieces, seasoned with 1 indomie seasoning mix, and 1 oil packet, half tbsp each minced onion, garlic, ginger, chili, and 1 tbsp each maggi sauce/soy sauce, and cornstarch
* Vegetables 1 carrot, 1/2 each red, yellow, and green bell peppers, 1 cup chopped cabbage, 1/2 large onion chopped.
* 2 tbsp cold pressed coconut oil
* Reserve pasta water and use some to create sauce for beef. Amount to use is per your preferred volume, and thickness of sauce.

Beef & Spinach Lo Mein Recipe
Serves 5
Ingredients:
¼ cup hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 lb. beef top round steak, thinly sliced
4 tsp. canola oil, divided
1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 green onions, sliced
1 pkg. (10 oz.) fresh spinach, coarsely chopped
¾ lb. Homemade Pasta Dough made with the Spaghetti Disc
1 red chile pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix the first six ingredients. Remove ¼ cup mixture to a
large bowl; add beef and toss to coat. Marinate at room temperature
10 minutes.
2. In a large skillet, heat 1½ tsp. canola oil. Add half of the beef mixture;
stir-fry 1-2 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from pan. Repeat with an
additional 1½ tsp. oil and remaining beef mixture.
3. Stir-fry water chestnuts and green onions in remaining 1 tsp. canola oil,
30 seconds. Stir in spinach and remaining hoisin mixture; cook until spinach
is wilted. Return beef to pan; heat through.
4. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, cook the pasta in boiling salted water
until it floats, about 3 minutes. Drain pasta; add to beef mixture and toss to
combine. Sprinkle with chile pepper.

KETO Beef & Spinach Stir Fry Shirataki Noodles made Keto Style! - Low carb asian noodle
KETO spin on the very yummy Chinese Beef Flat Noodles/ Thai Beef Pad Sew!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 package of Tofu Shirataki Fettuccini Noodles
- 4 slices of beef,
- 1/4 cup of raw spinach
- 1/4 cup of low carb soya sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- few cranks of himalayan salt to taste
Directions:
1. Thoroughly rinse the shirataki noodles with cold water for a couple of minutes using a strainer.
2. Boil the noodles for 2-3 minutes
3. Cook beef slices in pan until no longer pink
4. Mix soya sauce, garlic powder and salt in a bowl. Add beef and noodles. Let it marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour (I did it for 3 hours) so it absorbs the flavour!
5. Cook the spinach in pan, then add noodles & beef mixture. Stir in pan for about 5 minutes, or until preferred texture.
