Stir fried curries are just as delicious as they sound and so easy to make at home. Just have some good curry powder and you got yourself a delectable lunch or dinner on any day of the week.

INGREDIENTS
2.5lb. ( 1,13kg ) Tri tip beef steak
1Tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 Tbs Soy sauce
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs Corn starch
1 Tbs Cooking vegetable oil ( I used olive oil )
1 Tbs Ginger garlic paste
1/2 Green chili (deseeded optional )
1 Tbs Curry powder
1 Large yellow onion ( 2 Medium ), peeled and sliced medium
1 Large bell pepper, cleaned, cut in half deseed and cut into medium julienne
1 tsp soy
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
Cilantro to finish and garnish
Serve over basmati pilaf , check recipe here
PEPPER STEAK | recipe Chinese style
1 lb sirloin tip steak Thinly sliced
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 egg white
1 tbsp mushroom seasoning ( optional)
1/2 tsp white pepper
2 tbsp cornstarch
sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed in 1/3 cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar
Chopped bell peppers as much as you like
Chopped onions as much as you like
1 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp black pepper

Ingredients
Stir-fry sauce
3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
½ cup water
For the stir-fry
1 pound beef we use sirloin
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 medium onion
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium green bell pepper
3 scallions
2 teaspoons minced ginger
4 cloves garlic minced
black pepper
Make the Sauce:
Combine dark soy sauce, rice wine, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, and ½ cup of water. Set aside.
Prepare the Meat:
Slice the meat thinly
Add 2 tablespoons of stir-fry sauce to the meat and mix them together.
Add baking soda and cornstarch. Mix well for even distribution.
Velvet the meat for about 15 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Sear the Meat:
Set your wok or skillet over high heat.
Add a bit of oil to coat the bottom when the pan is almost smoking.
Spread the beef meat in a single layer.
Sear for about 3 minutes without touching them.
Transfer to a plate.
Cook Vegetables:
Cook onions and red and green bell peppers for a minute until slightly blistered.
Add scallions and push them to one side.
Slightly lower the heat at this point.
Add a bit of oil and sauté ginger and garlic for about 30 seconds.
Toss them all together.
Combine and Finish:
Add meat and sauce to the pan.
Let the sauce slightly thicken for about 30 seconds.
Add some black pepper and mix them together.

1 Tbsp (15 ml) cold water

SAUCE INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup (177 ml) beef broth
1 Tbsp (15 g) oyster sauce
2 Tbsp (30 ml) dark soy sauce

Saucy Beef Stir Fry with Onions and Peppers
Tender slices of beef with a velvety texture and caramelized onions and peppers in a generous amount of flavorful sauce. This delicious and easy meal you can put together in 30 minutes!
Equipment
A wok, skillet, or sauté pan
Ingredients
Stir-fry sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce, regular or light
1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine sub: Chinese cooking wine, dry sherry, or sake
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil, dark-colored variety
½ cup water
For the stir-fry
1 pound flank steak (see note)
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 medium onion sliced into strips
1 medium red bell pepper sliced into strips
3 scallions cut into 2-inch sections
2 teaspoons minced ginger
4 cloves garlic minced
Ground pepper to taste
Neutral-flavored oil for searing and sautéing
Instructions
1. Make the sauce by combining soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, and ½ cup of water. Set aside.
2. Slice the meat thinly (about ¼ inch) against the grain or across the muscle fibers.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of stir-fry sauce to the meat and mix them together.
4. Add baking soda and cornstarch. Mix them well, so they are evenly distributed. Velvet the meat for about 15 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
5. Set your wok or skillet over high heat. Add a bit of oil to coat the bottom when the pan is almost smoking. Spread the meat in a single layer.
6. Sear for about 2 minutes without touching them. Let the other side brown for another minute. Transfer to a plate.
7. Cook onions and red bell peppers for a minute until slightly blistered. Add scallions and push them to one side. Slightly lower the heat at this point.
8. Add a bit of oil and sauté ginger and garlic for about 30 seconds. Toss them all together.
9. Add meat and sauce to the pan. Let the sauce slightly thicken for about 30 seconds.
10. Add some ground pepper and mix them together. Turn off the heat.
