How To make Streusel Pound Cake
16 oz Cake mix/pound cake
***streusel*** 1/2 c Brown sugar
2 tb Flour
1/2 c Finely chopped nuts
2 ts Cinnamon
If you are using a 3-quart crockpot, it is recommended that a 2 lb. coffee can be used. It is suggested for a larger crockpot, 5-quart, a 9-cup Bundt pan or a 3 lb. coffee can. Mix pond cake according to package instructions.. Pour half of batter into well-greased and flour coffee, whichever size you are using. Combine streusel ingredients and sprinkle half over the cake batter. Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the streusel. Place can or pan in crockpot. Cover top of can with 8 paper towels. Cover and bake on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours. If using the Bundt pan , bake for 2 to 3 hours. From Rival Crockpot manual. -----

Matcha Chocolate Pound Cake w Black Sesame Crumble| Streusel Topped Cake| Mini Pound Cake Recipe
You will be surprised how well chocolate, matcha and black sesame goes together! This cake isn't too sweet and has an earthy component to it, perfect for me. ???? Hope you try out this recipe and enjoy it!
Black Sesame Crumble
- 30g black sesame (or less if you don't like the bitterness of black sesame)
- 70g flour
- 38g butter
- 30 to 40g sugar
- 10g yoghurt
- 12g peanut butter/ black tahini
- 7g honey/ maple syrup
- 1g baking powder
Pound Cake
- 110g butter
- 90g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 20g milk
- splash of vanilla extract
- matcha: 48g flour + 7g matcha powder + 1g baking powder
- chocolate: 48g flour + 7g cacao powder + 1g baking powder

Ingredients
Streusel
½ cup packed dark brown sugar
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup chopped pecans
Cake
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp ground allspice
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 ¼ cup sugar
1 ½ cup sour cream
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Streusel
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-inch square pan.
2. For the streusel, combine the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon and stir in the melted butter until evenly combined. Stir in the pecans and set aside.
Cake
1. For the cake, sift the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and allspice. In a separate bowl, whisk the melted butter, sugar, sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Stir this into the flour mixture until evenly blended. Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle half of the streusel on top. Use a skewer or paring knife to swirl the streusel in a bit. Top with the remaining batter, spread and then top the cake with the remaining streusel, giving the cake another little swirl.
2. Bake the cake for 45 to 55 minutes, until a tester inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean. Cool the cake in the pan to room temperature before slicing.
3. The cake will keep, well wrapped and unrefrigerated for up to 3 days.
