1 pk Sugarfree instant
Pudding (any flavor) 1 c Bisquick
1/4 c Oil
1 Egg
Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet. Shape into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Push your thumb into each one to flatten a little. (I am going to try crisscrossing some fork lines ala peanut butter cookies the next time I bake these). Bake at 350 for about 5-8 min. -----

2 - 2.1 ounce boxes SUGAR-FREE INSTANT CHOCOLATE PUDDING
5 cups 1% MILK
1 - 8 ounce container SUGAR FREE COOL WHIP
another 8 ounce SUGAR FREE COOL WHIP for topping
1 to 2 packages Murray Sugar-Free CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Mix the 2 boxes of pudding with the milk and let sit for a few minutes to thicken. Then add 1 container of the sugar free cool whip and stir to mix.
In a serving bowl layer the cookies in the bottom. Then pour a third of the pudding mixture. Repeat with the cookies and pudding 2 more times. Then top with the second container of cool whip. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to overnight.

KETO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Makes 18 cookies
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar free sweetener
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup ChocZero chocolate chips
1️⃣ 00:38 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. To a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside
2️⃣ 01:17 - In a separate large bowl, cream together softened butter with sugar free sweetener until fluffy using an electric mixer. Mix in egg and vanilla.
3️⃣ 01:48 - Slowly mix in dry ingredients. Once combined, stir in chocolate chips.
4️⃣ 02:33 - Using a 1 inch cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop out a ball of cookie dough and place on the parchment line baking sheet. Flatten the ball down by pressing on the dough with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Space cookie dough about 1 inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes
5️⃣ 02:57 - Remove cookies from the oven and continue to let sit on the baking sheet for 2-4 minutes. Cookies will continue to harden and bake as they cool. Once cool enough to handle, transfer to a wire rack to cool further.

Soft and chewy, these chocolate chip pudding cookies are the best cookie recipe you will ever make! They use the typical cookie ingredients (flour, sugar, butter etc) but they have a secret ingredient: pudding mix. The mix keeps them soft for days and all of the chocolate chip will melt in your mouth. Freeze the cookie dough or baked cookies for months so you have a perfect chocolate chip cookie when you need it!
The Best Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies~Amish Recipe with Pudding in the Mix!
If you love chewy chocolate chip cookies, you need to bake up a batch or two of these and enjoy with a glass of cold milk! These chocolate chip cookies were inspired by a recipe shared with me by some Amish friends and they stay chewy & fresh for days with the addition of pudding mix added to the dough! Also, no need to chill the chocolate chip cookie dough before baking!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies:
1/2 cup butter (salted or unsalted, softened)
1/2 cup of shortening (such as Crisco, softened)
1 cup of brown sugar (dark or light both work fine)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs (room temperature )
*1 pkg of instant vanilla pudding (102 gram or 3.5 oz package~butterscotch or chocolate pudding works well too to change up the flavour of your cookies)
2 cups plus 2 tbsp's all purpose flour
1 & 1/2 tsp's vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda (not baking powder)
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips (or dark chocolate broken into pieces) plus, some chips to decorate tops of dough balls before baking (optional) You can adjust the amount of chocolate chips you add to your cookies too!
...follow directions in video and bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Oven temperatures vary, so check your cookies at 9 minutes...do not over bake if you want soft and chewy cookies.
~makes about 2 dozen cookies
*if you use cooked pudding and pie filling mix, use a good 1/2 cup of pudding powder...your cookies will be slightly more thin than using instant pudding but they are still delicious.
