How To make The Five Minute Killer Fudge
2/3 c Evaporated Milk
1 2/3 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Miniature Marshmallows
1 1/2 c Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Nuts
Read all of the instructions before starting. Wise advice would be to have the ingredients in the 3rd paragraph ready to go, and also the pan already buttered. Do all of this BEFORE you begin to cook. Combine Milk, Sugar, and Salt in saucepan over medium heat Bring to a boil and cook 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly (start timing when the mixture starts to "bubble" around the corners of the pan). Remove from heat. Add Marshmallows, Chocolate Chips, Nuts and Vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute (or until Marshmallows are completely melted and blended). Pour into a buttered 8" square pan. Cool until it doesn't fall out or slosh around in pan. Eat! For the totally inept in the kitchen (or kids): Don't leave out ingredients...So what if you can't find the vanilla. If you leave it out, the fudge will taste about the same, but it will be hard enough to use as asphalt patch. You'll ruin the pan using a chisel to get the fudge out...Don't overcook!...Mix well! You should end up with a uniform texture about the same appearance as Hershey's Syrup... It has to cool before it turns solid...Buttering the pan means putting just a little butter or margarine on a clean piece of paper toweling and rubbing the bottom of the pan with it. Classic Fudge Recipe
This week's video is a 1902 recipe for fudge. There are just six ingredients. This recipe is sure to satisfy your chocolate cravings.
Food cost based on buying name brand ingredients and averaged grocery shelf prices across the country. The cost would be much lower if ingredients were on sale or generic labels used. The point is to illustrate what this recipe will cost to make based on where real world people do their grocery shopping.
This is another master recipe. Stir ins such as walnuts or dried cherries should be slightly warmed and added just after peanut butter and poured quickly to avoid setting in the cooking pan. 2 cups is the typical stir in measure. Extracts can be varied as long as they are pure and have a known flavor profile complimentary to chocolate.
Recipe
3c Sugar
1/2c Milk
1/2c Butter
1/2c Cocoa Powder
Combine in a medium sauce pan over very low heat until sugars mostly dissolved.
Increase heat to Medium - high heat.
Bring to boil for 1:30.
Turn off heat
Then add
1t Vanilla Extract
Stir
Add 1/2c Peanut Butter
Stir until fully combined and color has changed to a richer milk chocolate color and appears to be beginning to thicken. (Mere moments of stirring after combined)
Pour into parchment paper lined pan.
Cool for several hours.
Cut, eat, enjoy.....

Ingredients:
1.5 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup natural peanut butter (or other nut butter of choice)
1.5 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:
Combine nut butter and coconut oil in small dish
Warm in microwave until smooth and melted
Stir in maple syrup
Pour into pan or molds
Place in freezer for a minimum 10 min until set
Remove from tray and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer so they don't melt :)

Merry Christmas, everybodyyyyy! I had a lot of fun with the intro to this video. ???? This is a suuuuper easy, no bake recipe and pretty dang healthy! My only concerning ingredient is coconut oil, which has many benefits, but also is very high in saturated fat so be conscious if you have any heart concerns. Peppermint Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut oil
1.5 cup almond butter
1 cup date paste (10 dates, 3/4 cup water)
1.5 tsp peppermint extract/oil (food grade)
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1.5 cup cacao powder
1 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup crushed candy canes (or peppermint candy)
Instructions:
1. Melt coconut oil for 20 seconds.
2. Combine coconut oil, almond butter, date paste, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract, then add in cacoa powder, salt and chopped almonds.
3. Prepare dish by lining with parchment paper. Pour fudge mixture and spread evenly until it touches the corners of the dish.
4. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. Add candy canes to a plastic bag and crush carefully with a mallet or hammer.
6. Just before serving, sprinkle crushed candy canes on top of hardened fudge, and press down into the fudge lightly with a cutting board. Store in the refrigerator.

Making fudge may seem a bit intimidating, but we assure you it’s really very simple. With no more than five ingredients and a microwave, you’ll be rollin’ in the sweet stuff in no time. Hurray!
Materials:
4 cups White Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
2/3 cup Pumpkin Purée, at room temperature
2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Tools:
9 x 9 in. Baking Dish
Aluminum Foil
Nonstick Cooking Spray

Instructions:
1. Line a 9 x 9 in. baking tin with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Combine white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave at 50 percent power for 1 minute, then stir.
3. Continue to microwave in 30-second increments at 50 percent power until chocolate is completely melted and the peanut butter is completely incorporated.
4. Add the pumpkin, spice, and vanilla, and stir to completely combine.
5. Quickly pour the mixture into the lined baking dish and refrigerate overnight.
6. Slice the fudge with a sharp knife and enjoy.
