Easy Macadamia Nut White Chocolate Chip Cookies How to Simple Recipe

Everyone loves cookies. Macadamia Nuts are one of my favorites too. So, it is no surprise that combining the two and adding white chocolate to the mix makes for a fantastic snack time addition. These rich, creamy and delicious cookies come together in minutes and can light up any day. Not to mention that you can freeze the dough and have some ready for anytime that you decide to make a cookie or two, just to get you through the day.
Simple Recipe
Amount Ingredients
1 1/4 Cup (150 G) AP Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Corn Starch
1/4 teaspoon + Sprinkle (optional) Kosher Salt
4oz Butter-Unsalted, Room Temp
1/2 Cup Sugar-Granulated White
1/4 Cup Sugar-Packed Brown
1ea m Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 teaspoon Almond Extract
8oz White Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Chopped Macadamia Nuts
Procedure
Place Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cornstarch and Kosher Salt into Medium bowl, whisk together and set aside.
Place Butter, White Sugar and Brown Sugar into Large bowl and beat on Medium with mixer until fluffy and smooth.
Then add the Egg, Vanilla Extract and Almond Extract. Mix just until incorporated.
Add the Flour mixture and mix until almost incorporated.
Now add the the White Chocolate and Macadamia Nuts and fold in with spatula.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350° and begin balling the cookie dough into 2 Tablespoon sized balls.
Place the balled dough onto lined baking sheets about 3 inches apart.
Sprinkle with the additional salt if desired, then bake for 10-12 minutes, or until coloring around the edges.
Let rest on tray for a few minutes, then transfer to cool the rest of the way,...or eat them all while warm ;-) Enjoy Responsibly

2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour (310g)
1 cup of unsalted softened butter (225 g)
1 cup of packed brown sugar (200 g)
1/2 cup of white granulated sugar (100 g)
2 large eggs
2 tsp. of vanilla extract (10ml)
1/2 tsp. of salt (2.5 g)
1 tsp. of baking soda (5 g)
1 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts (158g) or add more if desired
1 1/4 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate bar (218g)

These delicious white chocolate macadamia nut cookies have a wonderful play of textures thanks to those buttery, crunchy nuts, melt-in-your-mouth white chocolate, and the soft, chewy cookie base.

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 1/3 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 2/3 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup toasted unsweetened coconut
- 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread coconut on a small baking sheet and set in the oven. Shake and stir every two minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.
Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 3-4 minutes.
Mix in egg and vanilla until well incorporated.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until no dry streaks remain.
Add chocolate chips, prepared coconut, and nuts. Mix or fold in.
Using a cookie scoop, drop cookies on parchment-lined cookie sheets and bake until slightly golden around the edges, 8-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool on pans for five minutes. Then remove to rack and cool completely.

Hey everyone welcome to another episode of My Hungry Family. Today we are making White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies. Be sure to subscribe and ring the bell so you don’t miss any videos.
In a large mixing bowl add 1 cup of unsalted butter, 1 cup brown sugar, ½ cup sugar. Mix together. Add two large eggs and mix together. Add 2 tsp vanilla extract and mix together. Add 2 ¾ cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda and mix together. Add 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips. Lightly chop some macadamia nuts and add 1 ½ cups. Mix together. Scoop the mixture into small balls on a lined baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F. And out come delicious white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. Sweet with a salty after taste that makes you want to eat another one.
