Eggless Atta Chocolate Cake | No Eggs, No maida, Wholewheat Chocolate Walnut Cake- simple recipe!
If you like to avoid maida and eggs while baking, this chocolate cake recipe is for you!! This eggless chocolate cake is made with whole wheat flour and is super simple to put together! If you want to make it healthier, you can replace refined white sugar with equal amount of jaggery powder
INGREDIENTS
1 cup (285gms) yogurt
1/2 tsp (3gms) baking soda
1+1/4 cup (150gms) whole wheat flour
1/4 cup (30gms) cocoa powder
1 tsp (4gms) baking powder
3/4 cup (150gms) castor sugar
1/2 cup (125ml) vegetable oil
1 tsp (2.5ml) vanilla
1/3 cup (80ml) milk
1 tbsp (12gms) coffee powder
1/2 cup (50gms) walnuts

EGGLESS WHOLE WHEAT CHOCOLATE CAKE | 100% ATTA, NO MAIDA, NO EGGS #shorts
This eggless atta chocolate cake is surprisingly fluffy, easy to make and so incredibly delicious that you might never go back to baking it with maida again! 100% whole wheat and 100% delicious!
Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt/ dahi
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup sugar/ jaggery powder
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 + 1/4 cup atta (whole wheat flour)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Transfer in a 6’’ pan, and pop it in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 C

You just need any of the cadbury, nestle or any milk/dark chocoalte that you eat with some milk and choice of your alcohole to make this boozy chocolate sauce. That along with this No Oven Aata Cake or any other cake of your choice; it’s an absolute blast of flavors to taste buds. For Kids, pleae avoid adding alcohol.
Ingredients :
3/4 cup Wheat Flour
1 tbs Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup + 3 tbs Milk (at room temperature)
1 Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Oil (odourless)
1/2 cup Powder Sugar
Few chopped Nuts
Melted Chocolate
2 tbs Fresh Cream
30 ml Alcohol (Wine/Rum/Brandy)
Method :
Take 3/4 cup Wheat Flour in a mixing bowl
Add 1 tbs Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
Add 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Add 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Mix it well and keep aside
Take 1/2 cup Milk (at room temperature)
Add 1 Lemon Juice, mix it and keep aside
Now let's mix all the wet ingredients
Add 1/4 cup Oil (odourless) in a mixing bowl
Add 1/2 cup Powder Sugar
Add 3 tbs Milk (at room temperature)
Add curdled milk into this mixture
Whisk well and add dry ingredients
Again whisk well (make sure there are no lumps)
Pre heat steamer for 15 minutes along with a stand in it
Pour batter in a baking loaf greased and lined with a parchment paper
Top with few chopped Nuts
Place cake loaf in the steamer
Cover lid with a cloth and bake for 40-45 min on low to medium heat
To Make Boozy Chocolate Sauce:
Melt Chocolate in a bowl
Add 2 tbs Fresh Cream and mix it
(You can serve chocolate sause as it is or add Alcohol in this sauce if you wish to)
Add 30 ml Wine/Rum/Brandy and mix it well
Let the cake cool down and then demould it
Serve this Amazingly Delicious Wheat Cake with Boozy Chocolate Sauce!
