3 Envelopes Unflavored Gelatin
3/4 c Cold Water
1 c Boiling Water
1/3 c Granulated Sugar
2 c (12 Ounces) Semi-Sweet
-Chocolate Mini Chips Yield: About 6 Dozen Squares If you kids like the fruit gelatin snacks, they'll love these chocolate snacks. In a blender, sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let stand for 5 minutes. Add the boiling water and sugar, cover and blend on low speed until the gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Continue to blend, gradually adding small amounts of the chocolate chips until the chips are melted and the mixture is smooth. Pour into an 8- or 9-inch square pan. Refrigerate until firm and cut into 1-inch squares or shapes with cookie cutters.

Many of you ask me a lot to make HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE BAR. So, Today I make it for you, it's without coconut oil & cocoa butter. You don't believe how much easy is this to make. Hope you like it.
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1/4 CUP BUTTER
MELT THE BUTTER IN DOUBLE BOILER
3 TABLESPOON COCOA POWDER
3 TABLESPOON POWDER SUGAR
SIEVE
MIX WELL
SILICON CHOCOLATE BAR MOULD
POUR THE MIXTURE INTO THE MOULD
KEEP IT IN THE FRIDGE FOR 1-2 HOUR
CAREFULLY REMOVE IT FROM THE MOULD
1/4 CUP BUTTER
2 TABLESPOON POWDER SUGAR
MIX WELL
2 TABLESPOON POWDER MILK
MIX WELL
SILICON CHOCOLATE BAR MOULD
POUR THE MIXTURE INTO THE MOULD
KEEP IT IN THE FRIDGE FOR 1-2 HOUR
CAREFULLY REMOVE IT FROM THE MOULD

Easy Chocolate Ice Cream Bars Recipe ! How to make ice cream bars with just 3 basic ingredients!

Chocolate ice cream bars , makes 6-8 servings :
- 500g Heavy Cream ( 2 cups + 2 tbsp)
- 350g (12.5 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk OR 150g Fine Sugar (3/4 cup)
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/8 tsp Salt
PLEASE READ: DO NOT cut the condensed milk/sugar! For best results use cream and condensed milk. You can substitute the cream for whole milk but as mentioned in the video, these won't have a creamsicle texture and flavor. If you're using the no mold method, line the bottom of your tray with parchment paper and cover well before putting the tray in the freezer. Enjoy!
Chocolate Shell:
- 300 gr Sweetened Chocolate ( 11 ounces)
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
- Chopped Salted Peanuts ( Optional )
