Ingredients needed:
- One and a quarter cups of flour
- One and a half TS of baking powder, quarter TS salt
- Quarter cup of butter
- Half a cup of sugar
- One. un-beaten egg
- One cup of mince meat

INGREDIENTS
½ cup (113g) unsalted butter melted or softened
1 15.25 ounce box cake mix (any flavor; see notes)
2 large eggs
1 ½ cups mix-ins see notes for variations
INSTRUCTIONS
If using softened butter, you’ll need a hand or a stand mixer. If using melted butter, you can use a mixer or do the following by hand.
Place butter, cake mix, and eggs in a large bowl. Stir or mix until combined and no lumps remain. Stir in mix-ins.
Scoop 2-tablespoon balls of cookie dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment or silicone baking mats. No need to space them; we are chilling the dough. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a second cookie sheet with parchment or silicone baking mat.
Space cookies 2-inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until they just lose their glossy sheen. These cookies stay puffy and will settle a bit as they cool but don’t become flat.
Immediately after removing from the oven press a few more mix-ins on top for decoration. Cool at least 10 minutes before removing from the cookie sheet.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.

Ingredients:
►2 ripe bananas or 50gr apple sauce (1/4 cups)
►120 ml any plant-based milk (1/2 cups)
►1 tbsp pure maple syrup (20 gr)
►100 g buckwheat flour (1/2 cup)
►3 g bicarbonate of soda
►5 g cinnamon
►pinch of salt

►1 mixing bowl
►1 frying pan
???????????? Preparation
1. Mash the bananas into a paste
2. Mix all the dry ingredients
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix well
4. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to rest
5. Use 1/3 cup for each pancake, fry the pancakes on low to medium heat for about 2-3 minutes each side
6. Place them on a plate and decorate for your liking (I used blueberries compote and agave coconut yogurt)
7. ENJOY!

BASIC OATMEAL COOKIE MIX (makes enough for 5 - 6 batches):
8 cups flour
4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
6 cups firmly packed brown sugar
3 cups shortening
8 cups quick cooking rolled oats
HINTS:
1. use a very large bowl to mix
2. mix well together flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and
sugar
3. cut in shortening very well
4. stir in oats
5. store in a covered container at room temperature (it will keep
for a very long time...)
ONE BATCH OF PLAIN COOKIES (makes approximately 4 dozen):
6 cups basic mix
2 well-beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
1. Mix well together until no dry areas are left (not even two oats).
2. Drop by spoonfuls on a lightly greased cookie sheet (or cover
cookie sheet with parchment paper)
3. Bake at 350 C for 15 minutes.
Note: before baking, if desired, make a thumbprint in the middle of each cookie, and put half a cherry or a small amount of jam in the spot.
OPTIONS YOU CAN ADD WHEN BAKING:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup raisins
1 cup mincemeat
1 cup mashed bananas
1 cup chocolate chips
etc...

Масло сливочное – 80 гр
Овсяная мука – 180 гр
Горячая вода – 20-40 гр (тесто обязательно должно быть мягким)
Сахар – 100-150 гр (по вкусу)
Мед – 20 гр
Изюм – 30 гр
Ванилин – щепотка
Корица – 1/3 ч.л.
Соль – 1/3 ч.л.
Сода – 1/3 ч.л.
1. Очень мелко измельчить изюм при помощи блендера или ножа.
2. Растереть сливочное масло комнатной температуры с сахаром, изюмом, ванилином, медом, корицей, солью в течение 5-7 минут. Если добавить соль на этом этапе, то в печенье будут приятные соленые крупинки. Также соль можно добавить дальше в горячую воду, тогда она полностью растворится.
3. Добавить горячую воду и мед.
4. Муку перемешать с содой и добавлять частями, замешивая мягкое тесто. Если тесто получилось твердым, добавьте еще горячей воды.
5. Раскатать пласт толщиной 1 см и вырезать печенье формой диаметром около 4 см. Или можно разделить тесто на небольшие кусочки размером с грецкий орех и сделать из них печенье. Оставить расстояние между печеньем, потому что оно увеличится при выпекании.
6. Выпекать 10-12 минут при температуре 180 градусов.

Room temperature butter - 80 gr
Oatmeal flour - 180 gr
Hot water - 20-40 grams (the dough must be soft)
Sugar - 100-150 g (to taste)
Honey - 20 gr
Raisin - 30 gr
Vanilla sugar – 10 gr
Cinnamon - 1/3 tsp
Salt - 1/3 tsp.
Baking soda - 1/3 tsp
1. Finely chop the raisins with a blender or knife.
2. Grind butter at room temperature with sugar, raisins, vanilla, honey, cinnamon, salt for 5-7 minutes. If you add salt at this stage, then the cookies will have nice salted grains. Also, salt can be added further to hot water, then it will dissolve completely.
3. Add hot water and honey.
4. Mix flour with baking soda and add in parts, kneading soft dough. If the dough is solid, add more hot water.
5. Roll out a layer 1 cm thick and cut the biscuit into a shape about 4 cm in diameter. Or, you can divide the dough into small pieces the size of a walnut and make cookies. Leave the distance between the cookies, because they will increase when baking.
6. Bake 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees.
