I saw a video on how to cook a Porterhouse Steak on @samthecookingguy 's channel and Sam made it look so easy I just had to give it a try. I found a great farm store that sold beautiful Porterhouse steaks so I bought two at $43 each. Very expensive but very good quality. I also learned how to cook up some amazing Shiitake mushrooms to pair with this gigantic steak.
If this food recipe adventure sounds like an exciting video that you want to watch, then grab something to eat, sit back and enjoy the video!
