How To make Steak& Bean Chowder
3/4 pound boneless beef sirloin steak
cut in 1/2" cubes
1 medium onion :
chopped
2 (14.5 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, undrained cut
up 1 can (15 oz.) spicy chili beans :
undrained
2 baking potatoes,unpeeeled -- cut into 1/2" cubes
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Spray nonstick Dutch oven or large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef; cook and stir until no longer pink.
Add onion; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; partially cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Makes 4 servings320 calories:
45 calories from fat--5 grams fat.

Ingredients :
- 1 kg Beef bones
- 300 g Red speckled beans
- Water( I used 1500ml/ 7.5 cups)
Spices:
- 1 ½ Beef stock cubes
- 2 teaspoons Mild curry powder
- 2 teaspoon Steak chops
- 2 teaspoons Barbecue spice
- 1 teaspoon Meat spice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
Veggies:
- ½ Onion
- Handful ½ Fresh coriander
- ¼ ginger root

Tuscan White Bean & Sirloin Steak Fall Soup!
This Italian inspired tuscan white bean soup with sirloin steak is perfect for the fall and winter!
The beans and the steak make this soup hearty and filling. The broth is infused with Italian seasonings like bay leaves, oregano, and parsley. Yum!!
