Vegan Low Carb Cheesy Broccoli Recipe! Low Carb Cheesy Sauce I Vegan Low Carb Side Dish
In today's video, I am sharing my Vegan Low Carb Cheesy Broccoli Recipe! It is a great vegan low carb side dish to eat with your choice of a main course. You can also use it as just a Low Carb Cheesy Sauce for low carb/keto friendly tortillas.
Ingredients:
~ At medium temperate, boil 2 cups of water
After the water begins to bubble, put in broccoli (I used two bags)
Cook for 6 minutes
~ In another pan at medium temperature:
2 tablespoons of Country Crock Plant Butter
1 package of Daiya medium cheddar style block
2 tablespoons of Chao creamy original shredded cheese
1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 teaspoon of nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt (If you want it to be more salty add 1 full teaspoon)
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Drain all water out of the pan that contains the broccoli. Then, pour the vegan low carb cheesy sauce over the broccoli and mix. Last, but certainly not least... E N J O Y!????

This is the recipe for broccoli cheese casserole. I love what form broccoli, steamed, raw, fried or stewed, never mind. He is my favorite vegetable to eat. Broccoli cheese casserole recipe I share with you was given to me by a very beautiful woman who used to work. She gave me a lot of revenue, but I want the best. My variation is slightly different from his, but the broccoli cheese casserole ingredients remain the same. Whenever you make people always say how good it is and is the most popular broccoli cheese casserole dish that I prepare. The first thing people ask me is broccoli cheese casserole made for holiday meals. This recipe is a winner. Wash the broccoli and place in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper and a little water to steam broccoli or use a vegetable steamer if it has one; aside and preheating oven. In a small saucepan melt butter half a stick. Once melted take a little more than half of all Ritz crackers into fine pieces and mash adding the melted butter. Stir together until a thick paste of butter. Get a baking dish and spread 2/4 biscuit crust by pressing the bottom of the pan. Add cooked broccoli steam on top of the crust. Take a saucepan and add one cup of milk can then add the Old English cheese pot and cook until the sauce thickens. You can use whole milk box if you want to add the grated cheese sauce for broccoli cheese casserole. Pour the cheese sauce over broccoli. I take the cup shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle on top of the pan. Then crush the rest of Ritz crackers into fine pieces and sprinkle over the broccoli cheese casserole. Place pan in oven and bake at 350 degrees until golden and bubbly or about 30-40 minutes.

I don't know if anything makes me feel more warm and fuzzy than a good bowl of soup or chowder!! This recipe is super easy to make and incredibly nutritious. It's such a great way to add more veggies into your diet. If you like this recipe or plan on making it, let me know!
The other thing I love about soup is it's almost impossible to mess up basically just throw everything together in a pot and it'll probably turn out great haha
Ingredients:
1 medium onion, diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
2-3 heads of broccoli, finely diced
1/4 ghee (or butter)
1/4 flour of your choice (I use an ancient grain called spelt!)
2 cups Chicken or Turkey bone broth (important for extra collagen / protein ????????)
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
1 block or 2 cups of cheddar cheese
Salt, pepper, ground mustard, paprika (all to your liking but I probably used about 1/2 tsp for each)
Also as a general note, I recommend buying organic, non-GMO produce and grass-fed, organic dairy products whenever possible!
