Arroz Con Pollo Flavor Formula Recipe one pan chicken and rice
The recipe is quite simple, yet it takes me back to my childhood. I really loved this dish when my mother prepared it for our family. Simple, honest cooking. I have used my years of culinary experience to tweak it a bit, and using technique, enhanced the rich flavors, but this is truly a dish you can WOW your guests with.

Arroz Con Pollo recipe
5 chicken thighs
2-3 Tbsp Chef's Backyard Flavor Formula
1.5 cups rice
8oz. Tomato sauce
1-2 Tbsp Knorr tomato&chicken bouillon powder
3.5 cups water.
Season chicken with Flavor Formula, sear In 1-2 Tbsp vegetable oil.
Remove chicken from pan, add rice, and brown (if you want to add onion,, tomato,, bell pepper,, garlic,,jalapeños this is the time to do so) add chicken, knorr, tomato sauce, water, bring to a boil, reduce to.a simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes covered. I like to check it at 10 minutes to make sure the rice isn'tsticking to the bottom of the pan. Turn off heat, let rest for 10 minutes.
Serve a scoop of rice with chicken. On top, garnish with chives, cilantro, and crushed chiles.

Recipe ingredients:
For the chicken:
2 tablespoon olive oil, divided
1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
Adobo seasoning:
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Rice:
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 green bell pepper, finely diced
1/3 cup finely diced white onion
¼ cup finely diced cilantro
1 jalapeno, diced
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon oregano
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup tomato sauce
1 ¼ cups chicken broth
1 cup basmati white rice

Dentro de las múltiples posibilidades que nos ofrece el arroz para cocinarlo de muy distintas formas, hoy vamos a preparar una paella muy saludable y a la vez muy buena, como es la paella de verduras y pollo.
INGREDIENTES:
500 gr de pollo
200-300 gr de arroz tipo bomba
2 alcachofas
300 gr de espárragos verdes
1 zanahoria
170 gr de pimiento rojo
1 pimiento verde tipo italiano
125 gr de guisantes naturales
1 cebolla
2 dientes de ajo
1 pastilla de caldo de pollo
300 gr de tomate triturado
Colorante alimentario
Aceitede oliva
Sal
ARROZ CON POLLO - Receta
ARROZ CON POLLO EXAGERADO
8 presas de pollo
2 tazas de arroz
1 taza de cerveza rubia
1 tazas de agua y si tienes caldo de pollo mejor
1 cucharada de ajo molido
Sal y pimienta al gusto
1 cucharada de ají mirasol
3 cucharadas de ají amarillo
1 taza de zanahoria picada en cuadritos
1 taza de choclo desgranado
1 pimiento rojo picado
1 taza de alverjillas peladas
1 taza y media de culantro licuado
1 cebolla roja picada en cuadritos
Aceite vegetal
8 porciones

Ingredientes:
2 tazas arroz
1 pechuga de pollo entero
1 Zanahoria mediana
1 cebolla pequeña
1 ají pico de loro (pimentón) verde
2 ají trompito
Alcaparrado
3 diente de ajo
Aceite
achiote
Pimienta (al gusto)
Sal (al gusto)
Culantro
Procedimiento:
Poner el pollo sazonada a hervir en una paila junto a un poco de agua, lo justo para que sobre pase el pollo madamas. Espera que se consuma bastante el agua y el pollo adquiera el sabor.
Luego de haber esperado un poco, debemos empezar a desmenuzar el pollo en trozos pequeños.
En otra olla, pon a sofreír un poco de aceite, junto los vegetales picados, añadimos condimentos.
Añadimos el pollo desmenuzado a la olla del arroz, junto a un poco de pasta de tomate si deseamos. Si ves que requiere más agua puedes añadirle. Prueba si está en buen punto de sal, debe sentirse un poquito salado.
Cuando el arroz este por secar, añadimos las alcaparrado más culantro picado. Dejamos que se termine de cocer y en unos minutos tendremos un sabroso arroz con pollo estilo
