How To make Avocado Veggie Burgers
1 md Avocado
1 c Cooked soybeans
1/2 sm Onion, chopped
1 t Prepared mustard
1 tb Tomato puree
Salt, to taste Whole wheat bread crumbs
1. Mix all the ingredients except bread crumbs
together in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth. Put mixture into a bowl and add bread crumbs until the mixture sticks together enough to be formed into patties 2. Make two burger shaped patties and fry in oil until they're browned. Serve on buns with your favorite burger fixings!

I am so excited to share with you the recipe for the best veggie burger I have ever tried, that will make a great lunch or dinner idea. It is so delightful, that even the meat lovers will consider switching the beef burgers for these veggie ones, at least from time to time.
My family and I really loved these sweet potato burger patties and we were quite surprised by their incredible flavor and texture and I must say they surpassed our expectations.

Ingredients:
Makes about 4-6 servings
Sweet Potato Burger Patties
1 pound (500g) sweet potatoes (about 2 large potatoes)
1 can (400g) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
3 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 2-3 spring onions
1 red pepper, finely chopped
2.3 cup (70g) quick oats
1 tsp (5g) salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp (1g) cumin
1/2 tsp (1g) coriander
1 1/2 tsp (5g) smoked paprika
2-3 tbsp 2-3 tbsp olive oil, for cooking the patties
Avocado Yogurt Sauce
1 ripe avocado
1/4 cup (60g) plain yogurt
1 tsp (5g) lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
salt to taste
pepper to taste
For assembling
4-6 cheese slices
burger buns
Tomato slices
fresh lettuce
Red onion rings

Soft Vegan Burger Buns- Oil-free, Wheat-free, Gluten-free
Millet Burger Buns
Yeilds 6 buns
2 and 1/2 cups millet flour
2 tsp baking powder
¾ tsp fine sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp ground flax
2 and 1/2 cups water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup whole psyllium husks
2 tbsp date syrup (optional)
Sesame seeds for topping
In a bowl combine the dry ingredients, except for the psyllium husks. In a separate bowl combine the wet ingredients and the psyllium husks. Let rest for 5 minutes until a gel like consistency is achieved.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Wet your hands and add 1/6 of the dough to each section of a bun pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 325 F for 50 minutes. Remove and allow to cool before cutting.

Avocado Vegetable Patties
This is the easiest way to make your own Avocado Vegetable Patties

What you need:
2 medium-sized zucchini
2 medium sized carrots
1 teaspoon of salt
1 pre-matured avocado
3 eggs
Salt, pepper, dried herbs, paprika powder to taste
1/3 Cup (40 g) of grated parmesan
¼ Cup (30g) of potato fibers
Canola oil for frying
Description:
Peel and grate the vegetables in a jar and mix them with 1 tablespoon of sea salt. To remove the water, you should now spread the grated vegetables on a kitchen towel and let them steep for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, you can core the avocado and crush it in a jar with a fork. Now you can add the eggs.
Now you should show the vegetables that you are super strong ,
just wring the water out of the kitchen towel and add the vegetables to the mixture.
Then you can add the salt and the spices, the parmesan and the potato fibers to the mass.
Now you can make 8 burgers of the same size from the dough and fry them on both sides until they are golden brown.
If desired, you can serve the vegetable citizens with herb curd.
