How To make Baby Potatoes Coated with Almonds
3 lb Baby new potatoes
2 tb Almond oil
2 ea Jalapeno peppers, seeded &
-- minced 2 tb Grated ginger
1/2 c Powdered almonds*
2 tb Cilantro, minced
Salt & pepper Lemon juice Steam potatoes till just tender, about 15 minutes. Set them aside. Combine oil, peppers, ginger, almonds & cilantro in a large bowl. Add potatoes & toss till well coated. Season with salt & pepper & sprinkle with lemon juice. Spear potatoes with cocktail sticks; arrange on a platter. Serve hot, or keep warm in a 250F oven for up to 30 minutes. *To powder almonds, place blanched almonds in a food processor & pulese until they are reduced to a powder.

Masala Baby Potatoes Thanksgiving Recipe

1 kg or 6 cup baby potatoes
6tsp red chilly powder
4 tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder - roasted 1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp oil 1 tsp. Salt + salt to taste.

Water - to boil
For Coating - Corn Starch - 4 tbsp
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 2 tbsp
Water - to make a batter
Oil - to cook / shallow fry
Mayonnaise - ¾ cup
Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Herbs Mixed - ½ tsp
Onion Powder - 1 tsp
Garlic Powder - 3 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
Paprika / Kashmiri Red Chilli - 2 tsp
Milk - ½ of ¾ cup / to adjust

Roasted baby potatoes ???? | Twisted delights✨
Ingredients:
-Baby potatoes
-2 tsp Olive oil
-2 cloves of garlic
-Paprika/ Chilli powder
-Mixed herbs
-Rosemary
-Black pepper
-Salt
1. Boil potatoes with required amount of salt until a fork is able to poke through easily.
2. Preheat oven to 200
3. For coating: mix all ingredients together
4. Coat it on to the cooked potatoes
5. Place it onto a baking tray
6. Smash it using a masher
7. Spread the left over sauce using a brush
8. Bake it for 40-50 mins
9. Make sure to flip the potatoes half way through
10. Enjoy!!

Ingredients
1.2kg baby potatoes
1/2tsp garlic granules
1/2tsp dried oregano
1tsp dried rosemary
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp pepper
1 1/2tbsp olive oil
Large handful of fresh parsley (to serve)
Method
Step 1 Prep the baby potatoes by making slits that don’t go all the way through to the other side. Place all the potatoes into a roasting tray and pour in the olive oil. Sprinkle over all of the seasoning and then carefully coat all of the potatoes
Step 2 Place the potatoes in the oven for 40 mins until golden brown. Once they’re cooked, take the potatoes out of the oven and stir in some freshly chopped parsley.

This is a kids special recipe prepared with baby potatoes. Par-boiled potatoes roasted in a savoury, crispy semolina coating and it's absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
Potatoes 2 Numbers
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoons
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoons
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons
Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons
Salt 0 To Taste
Rice flour 1 Tablespoons
Mint leaves 1/4 Bunch
Semolina 1/2 Bunch
Oil 1 To Fry
Directions:
1. Cook the potatoes until 80% and cut into round slices along with peel.
2. Take a bowl and add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, salt, rice flour, finely chopped mint leaves, water and mix thoroughly like bajji batter.
3. Place the potatoes in the bajji batter and mix well.
4. Then place it in semolina and coat it on all side.
5. Heat the pan and place the potatoes and after 1 min add oil toss it and cook it until it is golden brown in colour.
6. Now the hot crispy baby potatoes with semolina coating are ready to serve
