Banana Pudding Cheesecake Cake Video:
Custard:
3 egg yolks
1 Cup sugar
2 Cups milk
2 Tablespoons AP Flour
Half Stick (4 tablespoons) Butter
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
Cheesecake Filling:
2 8oz packages of cream cheese (room temperature)
1 Cup Powder Sugar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream
Strawberry Glaze:
Whole Frozen or Fresh Strawberries (stem cut off)
3/4 Cup water
2 Tablespoons Sugar
Cornstarch Slurry = 1 Tablespoon water + 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
Crust & Miscellaneous:
1 and Half Packs Graham Crackers
1 Stick and a Half Butter (Melted)
Fresh Bananas
Fresh Strawberries
Chessmen Cookies
Instructions:
1) Pulse the graham crackers in a food processor until they become a crumb and add in the melted butter and pulse again until fully incorporated.
2) Spray your pan with nonstick spray and spread out the graham crackers and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown in a preheated 350 degree oven and let cool off.
3) Add all ingredients for the custard except the flavorings into a medium pot or saucepan on medium high heat and continuously stir for 15 minutes until thick.
4) Once cooked and thick take the pot off the heat strain the custard through the strainer and add in the flavorings. Let cool off.
5) In a medium pot or sauce pan on medium high heat add all the ingredients for the strawberry glaze and cook until the strawberries somewhat breakdown.
6) Add in the cornstarch slurry and stir together until thick. Remove from heat and add to a processor or blender to blend and pass through a strainer. Let cool off.
7) In a mixing bowl add together the cream cheese, powder sugar, and vanilla extract and beat together until smooth. Add in some of the custard if you want to.
8) Fold in the whipped cream into the custard.
9) Slice fresh bananas and strawberries.
10) To assemble the banana pudding, spread some of the cheesecake filling as the bottom layer on the graham cracker crust, then add the chessmen cookies which act as a bedding, then add the sliced bananas and strawberries, then drizzle the custard and glaze. Repeat these steps until fully assembled. You should have 2-3 layers.
11) Spread whipped cream on top and layer more chessmen cookies with fresh strawberries and drizzle more of the custard.
Easy Banana Cream Pie
Here is what you'll need!
EASY BANANA CREAM PIE
Servings: 8
INGREDIENTS
1 refrigerated pie crust
1 3.4-ounce box banana pudding mix
2 cups milk
3 cups unsweetened whipped cream
2 bananas, sliced
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 450°F/230°C.
2. Place pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish. With a fork, poke holes all around the bottom of the crust.
3. Bake crust in oven for 10-12 minutes.
4. In a large bowl, combine banana pudding mix and milk. Whisk vigorously until thick, about 2 minutes.
5. Add 2 cups whipped cream to bowl and fold in until evenly mixed.
6. Once the crust is cooled, cover bottom with banana slices.
7. Top the slices with the pudding and whipped cream mixture and chill for at least 3 hours.
9. Top pie with 1 cup of whipped cream and decorate with remaining banana slices.
10. Slice pie and serve!

Strawberry Banana Cake with Strawberry Mascarpone Frosting. Another fruit combination to add in your cake menu. This cake is so moist and flavorful. The strawberry mascarpone frosting is so rich and creamy. Perfect for any occasion. Recipe ????????????????????????
Banana Cake
2 ½ cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
¾ cup oil
1 ½ cups sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas, puree
1 cup buttermilk
Filling:
1 lb fresh strawberries sliced
¼ cup water
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp cornstarch dissolves in 2 tbsp of water
Strawberry Mascarpone Frosting:
2 1/2 cups heavy whipped cream
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 ½ cup powdered sugar
2 tsp strawberry extract
1.2 oz freeze dried strawberries grind
Strawberry Filling:
Combine strawberries, water, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
Bring to a low boil.
In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch with 2 tbsp of water. Stir it into the strawberry mixture.
Continue simmer until the sauce is thick or until the sauce reaches desired consistency.
Cool completely
Banana Cake Procedure
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add eggs, oil, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined.
Gradually add buttermilk and keep mixing.
Add mashed banana. Gently fold in.
Pour batter into a prepared round pan and bake at 350F for 20-23 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Assemble and decorate the cake
Strawberry Mascarpone Frosting:
Freeze Dried Strawberries: Add in the food processor and process until turns to powder. Set aside
Beat mascarpone and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add half of the heavy cream and whip on medium speed until all lumps are gone and smooth.
Add the remaining heavy cream and strawberry extract.
Whip on high speed until stiff peaks form.
Add strawberry powder. Gently fold in until combined

FLUFFY Strawberry Cream Cake | Chiffon Cake
I’m sharing how to make fluffy strawberry cream cake. This became my new favorite!; the fluffy and moist sponge cake tastes so heavenly with fluffy whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and perfectly tart homemade strawberry jam. It was SO delicious and simple to make. Try it out, and let me know how you enjoyed it with your family and friends!????

???? The ingredients to make strawberry cream cake
Chiffon Cake: 2 8” pans (Do not use non-stick pans)
[In Bowl]
• Yolk 6 large eggs
• Granulated sugar 2 oz | 56 g
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Milk 3 oz | 85 g
• Oil 2 oz | 56 g
• Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp
• Cake flour 4 oz | 113 g
[Meringue]
• Egg white 6 large eggs
• Granulated sugar 2 oz | 56 g
???? Bake 300 F | 149 C with a water bath for 25-30 minutes
(It was 28 minutes with my oven!)
* Adjust the time & temperature accordingly.
Fillings:
• Fresh strawberries: about 10 medium-sized strawberries
• Strawberry jam 3.5 oz | 100 g
????Strawberry jam
• Fresh Strawberries: 15.9 oz | 450 g (1 pound)
• Granulated Sugar: 7.9 oz | 225 g
• Lemon juice: 1.5-3 Tbsp ( I added 1.5 Tbsp today.)
* I made one batch of the recipe in the video and stored the rest! Make less amount as you like.
Whipped Cream:
• Heavy cream 14 oz | 396 g
• Granulated sugar 1 oz | 30 g
Decoration:
• Some fresh strawberries (or use whatever you like!)
