4 tb Oil
18 oz Beef roast,not to lean
1 Garlic Clove
2 Onions
2 ts Paprika Hot
1 Pepper, red
1 Pepper, green
9 oz Carrots
1 Leek
2 qt Broth, clear
2 c Rice
2 cn Corn,whole cernel
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1 bn Parsley,chopped
1.Let the oil get hot in a big pot; cut the meat into cubes and brown in
the oil for about 20 minutes. 2.In the meantime; peel onion and clove and chopped finely. 3.Clean the leek, carrots and the peppers and dice finely. 4.Add the vegetables to meat and saute shortly and pour in the broth.
Let come to a boil, and add the rice and let it all simmer 20 minutes. 5.Add the corn and let simmer for another 10 minutes. Season to taste and

Mexican Cornbread Casserole
Ingredients
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1 can (14 oz) cream-style corn
• 11/3 cup milk
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2 cups cornmeal
• 4 cups (16 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 package of taco seasoning
• 1 small can green chilis (drained)
• 1 small can rotel tomatoes (drained)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, cook and crumble the beef until no longer pink, saute the onion with the beef. Drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning, ½ of green chilis and rotel tomatoes. Mix together good.
3. In a bowl, mix cornmeal, milk,oil, egg, corn, and ½ chilis. Mix well.
4. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with 2 cups of cheese. Top with beef mixture.
5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Pour the remaining batter over the top.
6. Bake, uncovered, for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center tests clean.
7. Serve hot.

Mexican Cornbread Casserole
This is sooo yummy! ????
Ingredients:
1 pk of ground beef
Diced Onion
Minced Garlic
1 Canned Corn
1 Canned Beans
1 small can Diced Roasted Green Chilies
1 Canned diced tomatoes
1 small can of tomato sauce
Seasoning:
Cumin
Paprika
Chili powder
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Whatever you like ☺
Cornbread:
1/2 cup cornmeal
2/3 cup flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
Scant 1/4 cup sugar
Scant 1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 diced jalapeno (no seeds)
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 can of creamed corn
Bake at 400 for 20 mins (until cornbread is done)

Tips:
Add bell peppers for more flavor
Add 1/4 cup sour cream to cornbread batter for moistness

Ingredients and recipe:
Pour 1 can of corn in a colander
Crack 1 egg in the corn
Salt and black pepper
Add 1/3cup corn starch
Mix well
Pour olive oil in the pan
Add the corn mixture to the pan
Sprinkle 30g mozzarella cheese
Fry for 5 minutes on medium-low heat
Sprinkle green onion on top
Done!
