peel/slice 1 Onion -- sliced 2 tablespoons Flour 1 tablespoon Prepared mustard 1 tablespoon Chili sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon Vinegar 1 teaspoon Sugar Trim all excess fat from roast. Place potatoes and onion in bottom of crockpot. Make a smooth paste of flour, mustard, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and sugar. Spread over top of roast (cut roast in half, if necessary, to fit easily). Place roast in crockpot on top of potatoes and onions. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 10 to 12 hours (on HIGH setting for 5 to 6 hours). 4 to 6 servings (about 3 quarts). Riva Crock-Pot Cooking.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Diablo
This is my wife's favorite meal so far. I think this will be your favorite too. ENJOY!
INGREDIENTS: 5 Thin chicken breasts 3 Jalapenos (cut lengthwise in half and deseeded) 1 Package of bacon 1 Package of pepper jack string cheese Maple syrup
DIRECTIONS: Mix all seasonings together in a bowl. sprinkle front and back of each chicken. Place string cheese cut to length in each jalapeno half. Take each stuffed jalapeno and roll it up in each chicken breast. Now open bacon and wrap bacon around each rolled up chicken breast and add the last piece of bacon the opposite way to close the ends. Add 1/4 cup of maple syrup to the remaining bowl of seasoning and stir. Brush each chicken with maple glaze. Preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. then fill the basket with rolled up chicken with maple glaze side down. Cook at 380 degrees for 18 minutes. Once oven goes off, flip chicken and coat underside with maple glaze. now set to 380 degrees again and cook for an additional 18 minutes. Check internal temp with an internal thermometer for doneness. Should read at least 360 degrees. (optional) you can add fresh maple syrup from the jar. serve and enjoy!
