How To make Biscuits(Using Wheat Quick Mix)
2/3 cup milk
2 cups wheat quick mix
Stir with a fork into a soft dough. Roll out on floured board. Kneed gently and roll 1" thick. Cut with cutter, place on well greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degress 10-15 minutes. Makes 12 biscuits.

Take as many as you can… It has the goodness of wheat flour with that aromatic whiff of green cardamom. It’s simply wonderful.
ATTE KI NANKHATAI
Ingredients
1¼ cups whole wheat flour (atta)
¾ cup melted ghee
1 cup powdered sugar
¼ cup gram flour (besan)
¼ cup semolina
½ tsp green cardamom powder
Slivered pistachios to sprinkle
Slivered almonds to sprinkle
Tea for serving
Method
1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
2. Take melted ghee in a bowl. Add powdered sugar and mix till sugar dissolves.
3. Add whole wheat flour, gram flour, semolina, green cardamom powder, baking powder and mix well to form soft dough.
4. Divide the mixture into equal portions and flatten slightly. Arrange on a baking tray.
5. Sprinkle almonds and pistachio slices on top and press slightly. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
6. Allow to cool.
7. Store in air tight container or serve with tea.

Whole Wheat Cookies | Eggless Wheat Cookies with Jaggery | Healthy Cookies Recipe - No sugar added
Happy Diwali Everyone.
As this is festive week so you will see cookies at every corner. Do me a favor and read the ingredients on the boxes. I bet you are gonna find a long list of preservatives and other ingredients rather than main ingredients. It is highly recommended to bake your own cookies at home instead of buying from market. This is for your and your loved ones health.
These are whole wheat cookies which are super scrumptious and healthy as they are homemade. Below are the tips for the finest cookies
1. Mix jaggery and ghee properly and it final mixture should be lump free. You can replace jaggery with same amount of coconut sugar if you want.
2. Always add milk in batches and if you feel you need less milk than mentioned in the video, use less as the use of milk can depend on the wheat flour brand.
3. The final dough should be soft.
4. It is mandatory to keep dough in fridge for 30 min atleast. It helps to have a good textured cookies.
5. Pre-heat oven for 15 min atleast at 360F before you start baking cookies.
