Baked Strata with Ontario Tender Fruit | Produce Made Simple
A strata is a traditional breakfast recipe that stands the test of time because it tastes wonderful and is easy for entertaining. We also love it because it uses simple ingredients you likely already have at home.
To celebrate summer, we decided to change this usually savoury dish up and add fresh Ontario peaches, apricots and tart cherries to make it sweet instead. You could also substitute other tender fruits like nectarines or plums.
