Mix flour, powdered sugar, and corn starch. Add butter or margarine (room temperature) and mix until it becomes a smooth and consistent mixture. Put it in the fridge for 15 minutes. Next, stretch the dough by rolling them into long strips that are approximately 1/2 inches (1cm) in diameter and cut them into 4-6 inch (10-15cm) long strips. Then, fold them in a U shape and place the cookies on a pan covered with baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes on middle rack. Once done baking, allow them to cool off. Next, melt the chocolate chips with a little bit of oil and start dipping the two ends. Finally, lay them on a rack or wax sheet until the glaze hardens.
