Brazilian Vinaigrette Salad Recipe
4 cups chopped tomatoes ( about 8 medium tomatoes)
1 to 1.5 cup of cilantro
1.5 cup red onions ( 1 medium to large onions)
1.5 cup green bell pepper ( about 2 small ones)
1 to 1.5 teaspoon of oregano
2 teaspoons
of salt
1/2 to 3/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of white vinegar
How to prepare:
Mix all of the ingredients well together and enjoy!!

1/2 red onion
(1/2 cebola roxa)
2 Italian tomatoes

1 red pepper

Parsley to your taste
(Salsinha a gosto)
Salt and pepper

First cut the onion, then the tomatoes, the peppers in small cubes.
(Primeiro corte a cebola, os tomates, os pimentões em cubos pequenos)
Then cut the parsley and add it to the mix.
(Depois corte a salsinha e adicione a mistura)
Squeeze the 2 limes and add salt, pepper and a bit of olive oil.
(Esprema os 2 limões e adicione sal, pimenta e um pouco de azeite de oliva)
Mix everything well and it is ready to eat.

Italian Salad:
1 cup lettuce
1 cup sliced cucumber
1 cup mozzarella
1 chopped red onion
1 chopped tomato

1tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/4th tsp onion salt
1/4th tsp Italian herb
1/2 tsp dried parsley

Chinese salad:
1 cup carrot
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup cucumbers

2 tbsp spring onion
2 tbsp Red chili
1 Red onion
1 cup cabbage
2 tbsp sesame oil
Half tbsp soy sauce

Brazilian Cobb Salad | Recipes | 365 by Whole Foods Market
Did someone say Cobb Salad? With a Brazilian twist?! This recipe includes flavors of Brazil such as hearts of palm, corn, avocado and cashews. Find the full recipe below.
Ingredients:
Dressing
1/3 cup chopped cashews
1/2 cup fresh parsley
4 tablespoons orange juice
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon liquid aminos
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Salad
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced in half-rings
8 cups loosely packed mixed greens
1 (14.5-ounce) can hearts of palm, drained and rinsed, sliced into rounds
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 cup no-salt-added black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup corn kernels, fresh or frozen and thawed
2 tablespoons cashews
Method:
To make the dressing, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning and thin to desired consistency with additional orange or lime juice. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
For the salad, place onion slices in water, add a few ice cubes and let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving. When ready to assemble salad, pour off water and drain onion thoroughly. Soaking the onion in water will reduce its sharpness.
To serve, arrange greens on a platter or in a large salad bowl. Arrange onion, hearts of palm, bell peppers, avocado, black beans, corn and cashews in sections on top of the greens. Stir dressing to recombine and serve alongside salad.

Per Serving: 160 calories (50 from fat), 6g total fat, 1g saturated fat, 330mg sodium, 25g carbohydrates, (9 g dietary fiber, 5g sugar), 7g protein.
