Ingredients:
Prepare White Sauce:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Chicken powder ½ tbs
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
Prepare Vegetable Sauce:
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 Cup
-Corn kernels boiled ¾ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) ¾ Cup
-Chicken sausages chopped 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano 1 & ½ tsp
-Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
Prepare Egg Mixture:
-Anday (Eggs) 5-6
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
Assembling:
-Prepared white sauce
-Bread slices
-Prepared red sauce
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Mozzarella cheese grated
Directions:
Prepare White Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,all-purpose flour & whisk well.
-Add milk and whisk continuously for 2 minutes.
-Add salt,black pepper powder,chicken powder,dried oregano,whisk well and cook until sauce is thick & set aside.
Prepare Vegetable Sauce:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,garlic & sauté until light golden.
-Add onion,corn kernels,tomato,capsicum,chicken sausages & mix well.
-Add salt,red chilli crushed,red chilli powder,dried oregano,mix well & cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add tomato ketchup,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Egg mixture:
-In a jug,add eggs & whisk well.
-Add salt,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,milk,whisk well & set aside.
Assembling:
-In a baking dish,add & spread prepared white sauce,bread slices,prepared vegetable sauce,white sauce, cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,bread slices,red sauce,white sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,bread slices,pour prepared egg mixture,cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 25-30 minutes (both grills on).
-Cut into slices & serve!

-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker light golden hunay tak saure ker lein.
-Pyaz,corn kernels,tamatar,shimla mirch aur chicken sausages dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak,lal mirch crushed,lal mirch powder aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tomato ketchup dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Egg mixture:
-Jug mein anday dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
-Namak,kali mirch powder aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Baking dish mein tayyar white sauce dal ker pheela lein,bread slices rakh ker tayyar vegetable sauce,white sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,bread slices,red sauce,white sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,bread slices aur tayyar egg mixture dal ker upper sa cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese dal dein
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 25-30 minutes kliya bake ker lein (both grills on).
-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!

For years, like most people, I believed that bread should be made with wheat. But it is possible to make bread with almost any seed. Lentils are a good example of that. Today I want to show you how easy it is to turn lentils into a gluten free bread and also want to take this lentil bread to the next level by turning it into a magnificent savoury lentil cake.

Lentil Bread
Difficulty: Easy
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes
Serving: 6-8 people
2 cups red lentil
1 cup yoghurt
4 eggs
2 packs of baking powder, 20 g
1 teaspoon salt
60 ml olive oil
Nigella & sesame seeds
• Preheat the oven to 180 C (355 F) on upper and lower heat without fan.
• Wash the lentils well and soak in water for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, for them to expand and soften.
• Sieve the lentils and add in the food processor. Pulse until it becomes a puree.
• Transfer some pureed lentil to a bowl then add the yoghurt, eggs, baking powder, salt, and olive oil into the processor. If your food processor is big enough to mix all ingredients there is no need to take out some of the lentil puree.
• Mix all ingredients (including the puree in the bowl) in the food processor and pulse until everything is smooth.
• Oil the tray with olive oil and pour the mixture into the tray.
• Sprinkle some nigella and sesame seeds.
• Place the tray into the oven and bake it for 35 minutes.
• Rest for about 30 minutes to cool and eat with loved ones.
Savoury Lentil Cake
Difficulty: Easy
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour and 10 minutes
Serving: 6-8 people
2 cups red lentil
1 cup of yoghurt
4 eggs
2 packs of baking powder, 20 g
1 teaspoon salt
60 ml olive oil
250 g halloumi, diced
4 sprigs of spring onion, chopped
15 sprigs of dill, chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Nigella & sesame seeds
• Preheat the oven to 180 C (355 F) on upper and lower heat without fan.
• Make the plain lentil bread mixture by following the steps above.
• Add the halloumi, spring onion, dill, and black pepper into the mixture.
• Oil the tray with olive oil and pour the mixture into the tray.
• Sprinkle some nigella and sesame seeds and put into the oven for about one hour and ten minutes.
• Let it rest for about 30 minutes to cool down and eat with loved ones.
