INGREDIENTS
CAKE:
1 Betty Crocker Butter Pecan cake mix
1 cup water
¾ cup oil
4 large eggs
1 15.5 oz container Betty Crocker Coconut Pecan Frosting
1 cup chopped pecans
INGREDIENTS
GLAZE:
2 Tbs salted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1 small can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Combine cake ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour prepared batter into a well-greased 13x9 inch cake pan. Bake in Preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
While cake is baking, prepare glaze by adding butter, pecans, and condensed milk to a small saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until very hot. Do not allow mixture to boil. Set aside.
Remove cake from oven and allow to cool for five minutes. Using a fork, chopstick, or spoon handle, poke holes all over cake surface. Pour warm glaze over surface of warm cake and spread around to cover surface evenly and fill holes. Allow glazed cake to cool completely before cutting.

Butter Pecan Cake
2-2/3 cups chopped pecans
1-1/4 cups butter, softened, divided
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
FROSTING:
1 cup butter, softened
8 to 8-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
1. Place pecans and 1/4 cup butter in a baking pan. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until toasted, stirring frequently; set aside.
2.In a large bowl, cream sugar and remaining butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to the creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1-1/3 cups of toasted pecans.
3-Pour into three greased and floured -in. round baking pans. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
4 For frosting, cream butter and confectioners' sugar in a large bowl. Add milk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Stir in remaining toasted pecans. Spread frosting between layers and over top and sides of cake. Yield: 12-16 servings.

Easy Butter Pecan Cake Ingredients and Recipes:
Cake Layers
Baking spray with flour
1 (15.25-oz.) box yellow cake mix
1 (3.4-oz.) box vanilla instant pudding
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup tap water
4 large eggs, at room temperature
1/4 tsp. maple extract (optional)
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
Frosting
1 1/2 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (16-oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions:
Prepare the Cake Layers: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 2 (8-inch) round cake pans with baking spray; set aside.
Add cake mix, pudding, butter, brown sugar, water, eggs, and maple extract, as desired, to a large bowl. Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy, 1 to 2 minutes; stir in pecans. Divide cake batter between prepared pans.
Bake in preheated on center racks of oven until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 48 to 50 minutes. Let Cake Layers cool in pans on a wire rack 10 minutes; remove from pans, and let cool completely on wire racks, about 2 hours.
Meanwhile, prepare the Frosting: Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy, 1 to 2 minutes. Gradually add powdered sugar to cream cheese mixture; beat until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in pecans and vanilla.
Place 1 Cake Layer on a plate. Spread one-third of the Frosting evenly over top of the layer. Top with remaining Cake Layer. Spread remaining Frosting over top layer and sides of whole cake. Store any leftover cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

This recipe provides a perfect balance between the nutty pecan flavor and a moistly delicious pound cake! Topped with a cream cheese frosting, it is the perfect desert for all the nut-lovers.
For the toasted pecans
1 1/2 cups Pecans chopped/crushed too smaller bits
2 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
1 tsp ground nutmeg
For the cake
3 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
3 sticks butter
5 eggs @room temp
1/2 cup sour cream @ room temp
1 cup heavy whipping cream @ room temp
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup toasted pecan
For the Frosting
8oz cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup toasted pecans
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract
Mix the cake as instructed in the video, making sure that all ingredients are at room temperature. Bake cake at 325F for 70-80 minutes. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
Mix the ingredients for the frosting and spread all over the cool cake. Serve and Enjoy!

190g plain flour
