How To make Buttermilk Chocolate Bread
1/2 cup Butter
softened
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
melted 2 1/4 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 pinch Salt (opt)
1 cup Pecans :
chopped
1/2 cup Glaced cherries -- chopped
CREAMY CHERRY GLAZE- 1 1/2 tablespoons Cream
2 tablespoons Glaced cherries finely
chopped 3/4 cup Powdered sugar :
sifted
Beat together first 5 ingredients until blended. Beat in melted chocolate. Combine and add next 4 ingredients and stir until dry ingredients are just moistened. Do not overmix. Stir in pecans and cherries. Divide batter between 3 greased and lightly floured mini-loaf foil pans (6x3x2"), place pans on a cookie sheet, and bake in a 325~ oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a cake tester, inserted in center, comes out clean. Allow to cool for 15 minutes and then remove from pans and continue cooling on a rack. When cool, drizzle tops with Creamy Cherry Glaze. Yields 3 mini-loaves.

Super Moist Banana Chocolate Chip Buttermilk Bread????????
I wish I could say that I have had really good banana bread in cafes or bakeries, but I haven't. They were either dry, stale, bland or too compact, doughy, too sweet etc. So I end up making my own banana breads at home whenever I am craving it. This is my go-to recipe that I always come back to for the perfect bananabread. Sometimes I feel rebellious and add more banana mash because I like it extra moist and banana-y.
Ingredients????
240g all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
240g banana, mashed
2 medium eggs
200g buttermilk
100g granulated sugar
100g brown sugar
100g melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
125g chocolate chips
optional: walnuts
Bake at 180° Celsius for around 55 minutes.

Hello everyone!
I've noticed a little mistake in regards to the flour measurements.
Please use this recipe.
800g all-purpose flour - 800 g maki np. pszennej
2 cups buttermilk - 2 szklanki maslanki
70 ml warm water - 70 ml cieplej wody
30 g fresh yeast - 30 g swiezych drozdzy
1 teaspoon honey - 1 lyzeczka miodu
2 teaspoons salt - 2 lyzeczki soli
