1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c Sour cream
1/2 c Butter, softened
3/4 ts Baking soda
3/4 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Grated orange peel
3 Eggs
1 c Granola
1/2 c Nestle butterscotch flavored
-orsels 1/2 c Nuts; chopped
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Nestle butterscotch flavored
-orsels 1 ts Butter
2 ts Half and half
2 ts Finely chopped nuts, if desi
-ed Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, sour cream, butter, baking soda, baking powder, salt, orange peel and eggs thoroughly; stir in granola. Spread half of batter in greased 9" square pan; sprinkle with Butterscotch Filling. Top with remaining batter. Bake until crust is golden brown, about 30 minutes; cool completely. Drizzle with glaze; sprinkle with nuts. BUTTERSCOTCH FILLING: Mix 1/2 cup Nestle Butterscotch Flavored Morsels, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. GLAZE: Heat 1/2 cup Nestle Butterscotch Flavored Morsels, 1 tbsp butter and 2 tsp half and half over medium heat until smooth.

DATE TOFFEE PUDDING | Eggless butterscotch pudding
Date cake with a toffee sauce served with ice-cream and walnuts- this is the perfect cake for when you feel like baking something delicious for your loved ones.
For the cake:
100 g dates (asked in water overnight)
25 g butter
100 g condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
90 g maida
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Bake in a pre heated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or till done.
For the toffee sauce:
50g fresh cream
50 g brown sugar
50 g butter

Easy Granola Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups rolled oats (not quick or instant)
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup of “extras” - I like chopped toasted walnuts, almonds &
1/3 cup vegetable oil (I used coconut oil)
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Line a 9” x 9” square pan with 2 criss-cross sheets of parchment paper (not foil) leaving extra overhang on all sides.
Combine oats, brown sugar, and extras in a large bowl.
Combine honey, oil, and vanilla in a measuring cup.
Add honey mixture to oat mixture and take time to combine thoroughly - about a minute.
Spread in baking pan, pressing down very firmly. Try pressing down with the back of a spatula.
Bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely in pan. (mine takes an hour to cool on a cooling rack)
Remove from pan (using parchment handles) to cutting board. Remove paper and cut into bars.
