How To make Cabbage, Carrot and Onion Curry
1/2 sm Cabbage
3 md Carrots
2 lg Onions
1 tb Ghee
1/2 ts Cumin
1/4 ts Turmeric
1/4 ts Mustard seeds
1/4 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Coriander
1/4 ts Cinnamon powder
Salt, to taste Cut the cabbage into small pieces. In a separate container cut carrots into thin rounds. Peel onions and cut into small pieces. In a medium-sized pan saute the onion with butter or margarine. When onions feel soft, add mustard seeds. 30 seconds after that add cumin powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder. Mix the spices. Drop carrots in pan and saute. Put the lid on for 5 minutes. Now add cabbage. Mix all the vegetables together. Add cinnamon powder, salt, and chili powder. Put the lid on. Wait for 5 minutes. Turn over mixture in pan. Make sure the spices don't stick to the bottom of the pan. Put the lid back on and leave it another 8 minutes. Cabbage, Carrot and potato curry vegetarian
Ethiopian popular side dishes ( Cabbage, Carrot, and potato with curry) know as ( Atakilt). Simple vegetarian /vegan/gluten-free option
1) Cabbage, Carrot, and potato with curry
a) Small head cabbage shredded
b) 3 to 4 carrots washed and sliced
c) 1mediume red white /red onion diced
d) Salt for test
e) Garlic
f) ¼ turmeric
g) ½ a cup olive oil
Direction
Preheat olive oil in medium heat
Add red /white onion and carrot cook for 5 to 7 minutes
Add Garlic, turmeric, and salt cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Add cabbage mix cabbage well and cook for 10 minutes and add Potato.
Reduced heat to medium-low and cook until potatoes are done
You can be served Cabbage, Carrot, and potato with curry with pasta, Rice, pita bread or aside dish

Ingredients
1. Cabbage - As Required
2. Carrot - 1
3. Thin Coconut Milk - 3/4 cups
4. Green Chilli - 1
5. Little Onion
6. Little Curry Leaves
7. Very Little Curry Powder
8. Salt - As Required
9. Pepper - 1/4 tsp
10. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
11. Oil / Ghee - As required
12. Little onion
13. Thick Coconut Milk - 1/4 cups
SRI LANKAN CURRY POWDER RECIPE
On a mixer grinder add
1. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 cup
2. Cardomom Pods - 4 to 5
3. Cinnamon - 4 to 5
4. Cloves - 3 to 4
5. Salt - 1 tsp
And grind it until it turns into a fine powder.
Afterwards, add
1. Ginger - 2 Small Pieces
2. Garlic Cloves - 3 to 4
And now, grind it again until it turns into a fine powder.
