6 Catfish Fillets (about 2 lb)
1/2 c Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Flour
Salt to taste Black pepper to taste 1 ts Paprika
1 Egg, lightly beaten
1 tb Milk
8 tb Butter, melted
1/4 c Sliced almonds
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg. 2. Wipe the catfish dry 3. Blend together the
cheese, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika 4. Combine the egg and milk in a flat dish 5. Dip the fillets in the egg mixture, and then coat with the cheese mixture. Arrange the fillets in one layer in a baking dish, and pour the butter over all. Sprinkle with the almonds. 6. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes

Ingredients:
4 catfish filets lightly salted
1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup plain flour
1 tbs salt
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tbs paprika
1/2 tbs cayenne pepper
1/2 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
3 eggs
Grits:
Follow according to directions serving of 4 (replace water with 1/2 chicken broth and 1/2 milk)
4 oz pepper jack cheese
1/2 stick butter
layer and top with sharp cheedar cheese
Shrimp and shrimp gravy:
6 colossal shrimp
Old Bay Seasoning
garlic powder
2 tbs bacon drippings (optional)
1/4 stick butter
1/3 cup diced onion
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 tbs shrimp powder

Baked fish that's golden brown, beautiful presentation, and absolutely delicious are just a few ways to describe this classic catfish recipe. I guarantee that if you cook this dish once, you will cook it again. It is the ultimate baked catfish recipe. Easy, fast, quite impressive, and gluten-free. Baked Catfish Allison will be at the top of the list of your all-time favorite Southern catfish dishes.
Ingredients:
• 4-6 US Pond-Raised Catfish fillets (in this video, I used 5-7 ounces), or your favorite fish will do.
• 1 cup of dry grated parmesan cheese (not fresh shredded or grated)
• 6 Tablespoons of your favorite mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Worchester sauce
• 2 chopped green onions
• A squeeze of fresh lemon
• Kosher salt and coarse black pepper to taste
Assembly:
• Mix all of the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl.
• Evenly spread the mixture on the presentation side (not the skin side) of the catfish fillet
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Place on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet or skillet and put in a preheated 400-degree Fahrenheit oven for approximately 12-15 minutes, depending on your oven.
• When properly cooked, the fillet will be golden brown, and the topping will be bubbling.
• If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley
