How To make Cayenne Shrimp with Lemon
2 cups cooked instant rice
1 pound medium shrimp
shelled and deveined
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper :
(cayenne)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
lemon wedges
Cook rice according to package directions, but omit salt and margarine.
While rice is cooking, spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray . Heat over medium0high heat until hot. Add shrimp; cook 2 to 5 minutes or un til shrimp turn pink, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add margarine, paprika, salt and ground red pepper; cook and stir to melt margarine and coat shrimp completely. Add lemon juice; stir to blend thoroughly.
To serve, arrange cooked rice on serving platter. Spoon shrimp mixture over ri ce. Serve with lemon wedges.

What you’ll need:
1lb of shrimp (use more or less depending on how many people you are feeding)
Breading
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup of corn meal
3 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Remoulade
3/4 cup of mayo
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of sweet relish
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
Sub rolls
Shredded lettuce
Plum tomato
Serve with chips or french fries!
Louisiana Broil- Pt.2 w/ Shrimp, Lobster, Potatoes & Cayenne Butter
Louisiana Broil/ Feeds 4-6
Lobster Tails:
Salt, Pepper
Garlic- Chopped
¼ stick Butter
Lobster Tails
Rinse tails and place on a baking sheet. Use a serrated knife (knife with teeth) to cut down the center of the lobster tails. Do not cut all the way through. This will ensure that all of the juices, seasonings, and butter run through the lobster, but do not escape. Season with salt and pepper. Cut butter into slices and put a slice on each tail. Add chopped garlic to the top of each tail. Place in the oven under BROIL for about 5 to 7 minutes or until red in color and juices run clear.
Shrimp/ Prawns:
Salt, Pepper
Garlic- Chopped
¼ stick Butter
Rinse shrimp and place in a baking pan. Leave shells on and season with salt and pepper. Cut butter into thick slices and spread over shrimp. Add chopped garlic over the shrimp. Place in the oven under BROIL for about 10- 15 minutes or until pink in color and juices run clear.
Red Skinned Potatoes:
Seasoning Salt, Salt, Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Italian Seasoning
¼ stick Butter
Boil in a pot of boiling water about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Strain water and remove potatoes. Place onto a baking sheet and season with seasoning salt, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and Italian seasoning. Cut butter into thick slices and spread over potatoes. Place in the oven under BROIL for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
White Corn:
Salt, Pepper
¼ stick Butter
Boil in a pot of boiling water about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Remove from water and set on a baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cut butter into thick slices and spread slices over corn. Bake in the oven under BROIL for about 10 more minutes.
Garlic Chili Butter:
Garlic: Chopped
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 stick Butter
Cut butter into thick slices. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and heat together in the microwave. Stir with a spoon and serve!
Build:
On a big serving plater, lay corn, potatoes, lobster tails, shrimp, and other seafood you may have around the edge. Put melted butter in the center for great dipping and an awesome feast!
