- 150g oats
- 30g cocoa
- 60g CASEIN vanilla powder (Not Whey!)
- 50g Peanut butter
- 150g milk plus some water
- salt

Here is what you'll need!
Strawberry Cheesecake Bars
Makes: 12 bars
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces marshmallows
4 ounces cream cheese
4 cups toasted oat cereal
1 cup dried strawberries
½ cup yogurt chips, plus more for topping
PREPARATION
1. Microwave the marshmallows and cream cheese in a bowl, stirring every 15 seconds, until fully melted.
2. Add cereal into the bowl and mix until fully coated. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
3. Add dried strawberries and yogurt chips. Mix just until combined.
4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the cooled mixture into the pan. Press into the edges of the pan and top with more yogurt chips.
5. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut and serve.
6. Enjoy!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Makes: 12 bars
INGREDIENTS
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup honey
3 cups crispy rice cereal
⅓ cup mini chocolate chips, plus more for topping
PREPARATION
1. Melt peanut butter and honey together in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds.
2. Add cereal into the bowl and mix until fully coated. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
3. Add mini chocolate chips and mix just until combined.
4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the cooled mixture into the pan. Press into the edges of the pan and top with more mini chocolate chips.
5. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut and serve.
6. Enjoy!

S’mores Bars
Makes: 12 bars
INGREDIENTS
1 cup mini marshmallows, divided
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups wheat cereal
1 cup chopped graham crackers
2 bars chocolate, chopped plus more to top
PREPARATION
1. Microwave ½ cup of marshmallows and butter in a bowl, stirring every 15 seconds, until fully melted.
2. Add cereal and graham crackers into the bowl and mix until well coated. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
3. Add the chopped chocolate bars and mix just until combined.
4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the cooled mixture into the pan. Press into the edges of the pan and top with more chocolate pieces and remaining ½ cup of mini marshmallows.
5. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut and serve.
6. Enjoy!

½ cup chopped almonds
½ cup peanuts
½ cup raisins
½ cup chocolate candies
PREPARATION

2. Add oats, almonds, peanuts, and raisins into the bowl and mix until well coated. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
3. Add chocolate candies and mix just until combined.
4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the cooled mixture into the pan. Press into the edges of the pan.
5. Cool in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut and serve.

On-the-Go Cereal Bars
Here is what you'll need!
EASY CEREAL BARS
Servings: 12
INGREDIENTS
1 cup peanut butter
¼ cup honey
3 cups cornflakes
2 cups puffed rice cereal
½ cup raisins
¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
PREPARATION
Pour the peanut butter and honey into a bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
Mix in the corn flakes, puffed rice cereal, and raisins. Transfer mixture to a parchment-lined 8x8 baking pan. Chill until firm.
Cut bars into sizes of your choice, wrap in parchment paper, and store in a sealed ziplock in the fridge or freezer for up to months.

recipe:
4 Cups Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal
1 Cup Grape Nuts Cereal
1 2lb container of Yogurt
1 8oz container Cool Whip
Combine ingredients in large bowl
Spoon into Silicone Molds
Freeze until solid
Remove from mold and place on Freeze Dryer Trays
Freeze Dry
I used setting Frozen Liquid

No Bake! Yogurt Cereal Bars
No-Bake Cereal Bars
Here is what you'll need!
No-Bake Breakfast Bars (Tasty Jr.)
Makes 8 bars
INGREDIENTS
½ cup honey
¼ cup peanut butter
3 cups toasted oat cereal
1 cup yogurt chips (save ½ cup for melting)
½ cup unsalted toasted almonds, chopped
½ cup dried cranberries
1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, mix honey with peanut butter. Microwave for 45 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, or until melted.
2. In a large bowl, combine oat cereal, ½ of the yogurt chips (save the other half for later), chopped almonds, and dried cranberries.
3. Pour the melted honey mixture into the bowl and stir until well mixed.
4. Pour into an 8x8 baking pan lined with parchment paper, and gently flatten the mixture evenly around the pan.
5. Freeze for 30 minutes, or until the mixture has hardened enough to cut it into 8 pieces.
6. Melt the other half of the yogurt chips in the microwave for 15 seconds at a time, until melted. (Optional: adding 1 tsp of coconut oil will help with the melting process)
7. Dip the bottom of the bars in the melted yogurt chips and place on a piece of parchment paper. Freeze for another 15 minutes.
8. Wrap each bar in parchment paper & store in the refrigerator or freezer for up to 3 months.
9. Enjoy!
