Achari Chili Bites
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Pani (Water) as required
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 20-25
-Oil 1 tbs
-Chicken strips 1 & ½ Cups
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Achar gosht masala 1 & ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Cheddar cheese grated ¼ Cup
-Mozzarella cheese grated ¼ Cup
-Tabasco sauce 2 tbs
-Cream cheese 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required
-Anday (Eggs) beaten 2
-Bread crumbs grinded 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Honey Mustard Sauce:
-Mayonnaise ½ Cup
-Tabasco sauce 1 tbs
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Shahad (Honey) 2 tbs
Directions:
-In bowl,add water and vinegar.
-Slit green chilies with the help of the knife and deseed them.
-Now add green chilies in vinegar water and soak for 30 minutes.
-In frying pan,add oil,chicken and mix well.
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well until chicken changes color.
-Add achar gosht masala and mix well.
-Add lemon juicem,mix well and cook until dries up & set aside.
-In bowl,add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,tabasco sauce and cream cheese,mix well & set aside.
-Pat dry green chilies with kitchen paper/towel.
-Now stuffed green chilies with cooked achari chicken and cream & cheese mixture.
-Coat in all-purpose flour and dip into beaten eggs then coat in bread crumbs then again dip into beaten eggs and coat in bread crumbs (Makes 20-25).
-In wok,heat cooking oil and deep fry until golden brown.
-Can be freeze for up to 2 weeks.
For Honey Mustard Sauce:
-In bowl,add mayonnaise,tabasco sauce,mustard paste,honey and mix well.

-Adrak lehsan paste dal dein aur chicken ka rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix karein.
-Achar gosht masala dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lemon juice dal ker mix karein aur sukh janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,tabasco sauce aur cream cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Hari mirch ko kitchen paper/towel ki madad sa pat dry ker lein.
-Ab hari mirchon mein cooked achari chicken aur cream & cheese mixture bhar dein.
-Maida mein coat karein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker ka bread crumbs mein coat ker lein phir dubara pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker ka bread crumbs mein coat ker lein (Makes 20-25).
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur golden brown hunay tak deep fry ker lein.
-2 weeks tak freeze ker saktay han.
For Honey Mustard Sauce:
-Bowl mein mayonnaise,tabasco sauce,mustard paste aur shahad dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.

Cheesy Jalapeno Bites
Ingredients for Cheese Mixture:
Nurpur Cheddar Cheese 1 pack
Capsicum (chopped) 1 cup
Carrot (chopped) 1 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Flour Batter:
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required
Ingredients for Assembling:
Jalapeno peppers as required
Cheese mixture as required
Flour batter as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required
Directions for Cheese Mixture Preparation:
1. In a bowl add grated Nurpur Cheddar Cheese, capsicum, carrot, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, paprika powder, salt, chili sauce and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Flour Batter Preparation:
2. In a bowl add flour, red chili powder, salt, water and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Assembling:
3. Take jalapeno pepper and deseed them. Cut them into 2-3 parts.
4. Now fill them with cheese mixture.
5. Now dip them in flour batter, coat in bread crumbs and repeat the process one more time.
6. Deep fry them until crispy and golden.
7. Your Cheesy Jalapeno Bites are ready. Serve and enjoy.

Cooking time: 10-15 mins

-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Mayonnaise 3 tbs
-Hot sauce 2 tbs
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese ¾ Cup
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese ¾ Cup
-Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Baking soda ¼ tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tsp
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) whole as required
-Safed til (Sesame seeds) as required substitute: Breadcrumbs as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a frying pan,add chicken,paprika powder,salt,black pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice.mix well & marinate for 15 minutes.
-Add cooking oil,turn on the flame & mix well until it changes color,cover & cook on low flame until chicken is tender then cook om high flame until it dries up.
-Let it cool.
-In a chopper,add cooked chicken & chop well.
-In a bowl,add chopped chicken,mayonnaise,hot sauce & mix well.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add gram flour,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,cumin powder,baking soda,ginger garlic paste,gradually add water & whisk well.
-Slit green chillies with the help of knife & deseed them.
-Stuffed green chillies with prepared filling,coat in gram flour batter then coat with sesame seeds (makes 30-35) & let them rest for 15 minutes.
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in freezer.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.

-Bowl mein chopped chicken,mayonnaise & hot sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein baisan,lal mirch powder,namak,haldi powder,zeera powder,baking soda,adrak lehsan paste aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Hari mirchon ko kinfe ki madad sa slit laga ker deseed ker lein.
-Hari mirchon mein tayyar filling bhar dein,baisan ka batter mein dip karein aur safed til sa coat ker lein (makes 30-35) & 15 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Airtight container mein dal ker 2 weeks kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.

Chili Bites consist of chickpea (gram or chana) flour & it can be made from scratch but the premixes are readily available & for this recipe I am using the premix from Gorimas.
