How To make Cheesecake In a Glass
8 ounces cream cheese
softened
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream :
whipped
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 quart fresh blueberries :
rinsed and patted

In a medium-sized bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, combine the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined. In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, butter, and granulated sugar; mix well. Distribute half of the crumb mixture evenly over the bottom of 6 to 8 parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Top evenly with half of the blueberries, then half of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat the layers and serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.

No bake cheesecake in a glass is a dessert you can put on the table in just 20 minutes. These treats are creamy, slightly sweet and look beautiful. Only 6 ingredients, easy going!

✅Ingredients
Red currant cheesecake
- 5 graham crackers about 60 grams
- 30 grams butter
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 200 grams yogurt
- 50 grams sugar
- 8 tablespoons strawberry jam or strawberry
Garnish
- strawberries like red currants or raspberries
✅ Instructions
1. Crumble the cookies and mix with the melted butter.
2. Put the cookie crumbles on the bottom of a glass and flatten with the back of a spoon.
3. Use a mixer to combine yogurt, sugar and cream cheese. Fill each glass half with this mixture.
4. Whisk the jelly and top each glass with it. Put in the refrigerator.

Here’s another cute dessert cups to show off at your next event, No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Cups.
Tumblers purchased from Party City, they are also available on Amazon. Size 3.5 oz
Pipping tip used: Ateco 858
Ingredients
Strawberry jam sauce:
1/2 cup strawberry purée
1 TB sugar
1.5 tsp corn starch mixed with 3 tsp water
Red food coloring (optional)
Filling:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese block
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 TB sour cream (optional)
Crust:
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tsp melted butter
Diced Strawberries for filling and half cut strawberries for garnish. Mint leaves for garish
After the cheesecake cups are assembled refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight so the cheesecake cups can chill prior to serving.

Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait Recipe:
Servings: 8
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp melted butter
16 oz cream cheese, at room temperatures
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups chopped strawberries
2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 lemon, juice
In a large bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and butter. Set it aside.
In another large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well. Set it aside.
In another bowl, add the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix until the strawberries are well coated.
Assemble the parfaits in eight individual glasses. Starting with the cream cheese mixture, spoon a layer into the bottom of each glass. Top the cream cheese with a layer of the graham cracker mixture and some of the fresh strawberries. Repeat the layers, finishing with the fresh strawberries.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 1 hour before serving.

분 베이크입니다.
오늘은 바닐라 빈을 통째로 넣고 맛있는 바닐라 치즈케이크를 만들어 보겠습니다.
오븐 없이 만들 수 있는 노 베이크 치즈 케이크에요.
게다가 작은 사이즈로 부담 없이 드실 수 있어요.
아직 오븐이 없는 베이킹 초보자 분들도 따라 할 수 있는 케이크랍니다,
큰 케이크로 만들고 싶다면...
18 cm*4.5 cm높이의 원형 케이크나 15 cm * 6 cm의 원형 케이크 하나로도 만들 수 있어요.
보통은 통밀 쿠키를 이용해서 바닥지를 만들곤 하지만 오늘은 초코칩 쿠키로 만들어 봤더니 바닐라와의 조화가 너무 훌륭했답니다.
초코 칩 쿠키는 너무 바삭한 쿠키 보다는 촉촉한 식감의 쿠키가 더 맛과 식감이 좋은 거 같아요.
맨 위의 젤리는 좋아하는 음료수로 만들어도 되지만 개인적으로는 딸기맛이나 복숭아맛을 추천해요.
