How To make Chili with Rice
1 lb Ground beef
1 cn (15 1/2 oz) kidney beans,
Drained 1 sm Green pepper,chopped
1 cn (11 oz) condensed Zesty
Tomato Soup/Sauce 3/4 c Water
1 pk (1 3/4 oz) chili seasoning
Mix 1 Minute Rice Boil in Bag
Rice, cooked Brown beef in skillet;drain fat.Stir in kidney beans,soup, water and seasoning mix.Bring to a boil.Reduce heat;cover and simmer 5 minutes,stirring occasionally.Serve over cooked rice. makes 4 servings. 1 - lb. ground beef 1 - 11 oz. can condensed Nacho Cheese or Cheddar Cheese soup 2 - cups water 1 - 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli,corn and red peppers 1 ~ 1 1/4 oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix 2 - cups dry rice 1/2 - cup grated Cheddar cheese 1 - cup crushed tortilla chips Mix beef,soup,water,vegetables and seasoning mix in a large skillet.Bring to a boil.Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.Stir in rice.Cover;remove from heat.Let stand 5 minutes.Fluff with a fork.Sprinkle with cheese and chips.Makes 6 servings.

My mom always had rice with our homemade chili
2 lbs Ground Beef
28 oz Can DicedTomatoes
3 cans Pinto Beans 15 oz
1 onion
onion powder
garlic powder
chili powder 1 tsp or more
White or Brown Rice
Cook ground beef
start cooking tomatoes, beans, onion and at least 1 tsp of chili powder - bring to a boil and simmer until onions are cooked. Add cooked drained meat and simmer 15 more minutes. Add more chili powder to it if you like it spicey.
Pour over rice or eat it just like it is. Very GOOD!

HOW TO MAKE AN EASY + TASTY GARLIC CHILI OIL FRIED RICE RECIPE
LAY HO MA (how's it going in Cantonese)! I often make that deliciously smokey and spicy chili oil noodles, but if you're in the mood for rice instead, give this recipe a try! Join me in this episode and learn how to make a quick garlic chili oil fried rice recipe today!
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1+2 tsp dark soy sauce
splash of toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp doubanjiang
4-5 pieces of garlic
small piece ginger
2 sticks green onion
100g extra firm tofu
1 tsp + 2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp gochugaru
1 cup cooked jasmine rice
1 tsp white sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Make the sauce by combining together the soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and doubanjiang
2. Grate the garlic and ginger. Chop the green onions
3. Pat dry the extra firm tofu with a paper towel. Use a fork to mash into a crumble
4. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium heat. Add 1 tsp avocado oil followed by the tofu crumble. Sauté for 3-4min. Then, add 2 tsp dark soy sauce and sauté for another couple of minutes. Set the tofu aside
5. Turn the heat down to medium low. Add 2 tbsp avocado oil followed by the garlic and ginger. Cook for 2-3min
6. Add the gochugaru and cook for about a minute. Add the rice and sauce. Turn the heat up to medium and sauté for a couple of minutes
7. Add the tofu and green onions. Sauté for 2-3min
8. Plate the rice and sprinkle over some white sesame seeds

Hope ya'll enjoy! The ingredients list is kinda long, but once you get all of your ingredients together everything else is a piece of cake! From time to time I like to experiment with different flavors to see what I can come up with. This is one of my many ways to make chili. It's so GOOD! Feel free to take out any ingredient that you don't like, this recipe is very forgiving.This chili taste BEST when served immediately after cooking.
*THIS IS A SLOW COOKER RECIPE*
Chili Recipe
Here's what I used in the video:
Power Quick Pot ( I'm using a 10 Qt)
1 Green bell pepper
3 Celery stalks
1 Yellow onion
5 Garlic cloves
2 lbs. of Ground beef (I used 80/20 lean)
2 Tsp Oregano
2 Tsp Brown sugar
2 Tsp Coriander
4 Tbsp Chili powder
3 Tbsp Ground Cumin
2 Tsp Dried Thyme
1 Tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 Tsp Dried Basil leaves
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (to taste, gradually add more as needed)
Salt to taste ( I used 1 1/2 tsp)
1 Bay Leaf
4 Tbsp Green onions
2 16 oz Cans Kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
1/2 cup canned Black beans
1- 28 oz Can Hunts Diced tomatoes (with juices)
1- 29 oz Can Hunts Tomato sauce
1- 14.5 oz Can Swanson Chicken broth (low sodium)
2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
*TIP - Taste as you go!!

3 Cups water
2 Cups rice

2 medium onions or 1 large onion, diced
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp chili powder
