How To make Chinese Chow Mein Loaf
2 Pounds Ground beef
1 Cup Celery
1/2" pieces
1 Onion :
1/4" pieces
1 Cup Rice
1 Can Cream of mushroom soup
1 Can Cream of celery
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 chow mein noodles
Brown the ground beef in deep skillet until it is all separated. Add the celery and onion. Cook over low heat until the onion is transparent and glazed. Meanwhile, place the rice in 2 cups of water and cook for 15 minutes, or until fluffy and tender. Rinse the rice in warm water, drain and add to the hamburger mixture. Stir in the mushroom soup and celery soup. Add the milk, salt and pepper. Mix all very thoroughly. Put into greased 1 1/2 quart cassrole; sprinkle the chow mein noodles over the top. Place in a 350 oven for 30 minutes. Serve with soy sauce if desired.

1 12 oz pk noodles
1 large carrot sliced into strips
1 christophene cut into strips
1 red bell pepper into strips
1 green bell pepper into strips
1 tbsp. jgm Chinese seasoning
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tbsp. ginger
2 tsp sesame oil
2 scallions chopped
2 tbsp. oyster sauce - I added the extra off screen
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 TBSP OIL
2 TBSP ONION
½ TSPN GREEN CHILLI
2 TBSP CARROT
2 TBSP TOMATO
2 PACKET MAGGI MASALA
1 AND ½ CUP WATER
COOK UNTIL BOIL
2 PACKET MAGGI NOODLES
SALT AS PER TASTE
COOK AND DRY OUT THE WATER
1 TSPN TOMATO KETCHUP
1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
MIX WELL
1 TBSP FLOUR
2 TBSP WATER
MIX WELL
BREAD PIECE
CUT THE EDGES
ROLL THE BREAD
SPREAD FLOUR MIXTURE

SEAL THE EDGES
FRY IN MEDIUM HEATED OIL

Chinese Fried Chicken, Chow Mein & Fried Rice
LEARN TO MAKE THIS WONDERFUL AND TASTY COMBINATION OF TRINI CHINESE STYLE FRIED CHICKEN, LO MEIN (TRINI CHOW MEIN) AND FRIED RICE.

Trini Veggie Fried Rice:
Chinese Fried Chicken Recipe:
Chinese style fried chicken
4 pounds chicken, whole or pieces (or legs and thighs)
2 scallions
8 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons minced ginger
1 cup regular soy sauce
1 tsp five spice powder
Hot pepper, sliced
3 cups vegetable oil, for frying
Cut chicken in half if using a whole chicken. Wash with juice of a lemon and water or vinegar. Rinse and pat dry.
Place remaining ingredients, except oil, in a food processor, blender or and pulse until roughly chopped.
Season chicken with blended mixture and marinate several days or minimum overnight.
Next day remove from marinade, place on a rack over a sheet pan and air dry in the refrigerator for a couple of hours or overnight.
When ready to cook, bring chicken to room temperature.
Heat oil in a large deep, heavy bottomed pot over medium heat.
Carefully place the chicken in the hot oil, reduce heat to low and fry both sides until golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove chicken pieces from the pot, place on paper towels or rack to drain.
Cut up and serve.
