How To make Chocolate Divine Cake
1 c Sifted all-purpose
Unbleached flour 3/4 c Sifted stone-ground whole
Wheat flour 1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt (optional)
1 c Granulated sugar
1/4 c (plus 2 tablespoons lightly
Packed brown sugar 1 Medium baking potato, 4 oz.,
Peeled and quartered 1 pt Nonfat plain yogurt or
Nonfat sour cream 2 tb Mild honey
1/4 ts Vanilla extract
1/4 ts Chocolate flavor (optional)
1/3 c Canola oil
3 lg Egg whites, at room temp
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 12-cup Bundt pan and dust with unsweetened cocoa powder. Over a large bowl, sift both flours, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix in both sugars until there are no lumps. Set aside. Put the peeled potato into a large food processor. Using the steel blade, process the potato until finely minced. Drain the yogurt of all excess liquid. Discard excess liquid. Add the drained yogurt, honey, vanilla, chocolate flavor, and vegetable oil to the minced potato in the food processor and mix on high for 60 seconds. Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl while processing. Pour this mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and beat with an electric beater on high for 60 seconds. Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl while beating. Clean and dry the beaters well. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold the egg whites into the batter until everything is mixed well. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 55 to 65 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Remove the cake from the oven and let cool for 25 minutes. Do not be concerned if the cake falls slightly. Using a knife, go around inside and out side edges of cake. Invert the Bundt pan over a plate and carefully shake the cake loose. Let the cake cool completely and frost with a chocolate glaze.

White Chocolate Almond Crunch
1.5 oz (45g) white chocolate
1 tbsp (14ml) vegetable oil
1/2 cup (40g) almond flakes
White Chocolate Mousse
6 oz (180g) white chocolate
5 oz (145g) whipping cream
1/2 tbsp (5g) gelatin powder
2 tbsp (30ml) cold water
7 oz (200g) whipping cream (35% fat) , chilled
Raspberry Mousse
remaining raspberry sauce
1/2 tbsp (5g) gelatin powder
2 tbsp (30g) cold water
1 cup (240g) whipping cream (35% fat), chilled
Whipped Cream Topping
1 cup (240g) whipping cream , chilled
1/3 cup (40g) powdered sugar
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
For Decoration
fresh raspberries
freeze-dried raspberries , optional

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Digestive biscuits 650-700g
-Cocoa powder ¾ Cup
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Water 1 & ¼ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Nurpur butter unsalted 150g
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Dark chocolate 200g
-Cream 150ml
-Chocolate chips
Directions:
-Break digestive biscuits in a bowl & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add cocoa powder,sugar,water & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,whisk continuously & bring it to boil.
-Add vanilla essence,salt,butter,whisk well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Let It cool for 5 minutes.
-Pour prepared chocolate syrup on biscuits & coat well.
-Transfer the mixture to a greased loose bottom square cake pan (8 x 8 inches),spread evenly & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-In a bowl,add dark chocolate,cream,microwave for 90 seconds & mix well.
-Pour half quantity of prepared chocolate ganache on cake,spread evenly,cover with cling film & refrigerate until set (3-4 hours).
-Remove cake from cake pan,drizzle remaining chocolate ganache,chocolate chips & serve!

-Biscuits mein tayyar chocolate syrup dein dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Mixture ko greased loose bottom square cake pan (8 x 8 inches),mein dal ker evenly pheela lein aur 30 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Bowl mein dark chocolate aur cream dal ker 90 seconds kliya microwave ker lein phir ache tarhan mix karein.
-Tayyar chocolate ganache ki half quantity ko cake ka upper dal ker evenly pheela lein,cling film sa cover karein aur aur set ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein (3-4 hours).
-Cake ko cake pan sa nikal lein,remaining chocolate ganache & chocolate chips dal ker serve karein!

For this enchanting cake, gather your ingredients:
- Flour - 210 g
- Coconut milk from @plantbdairy (or regular water) - 240 g. An excellent alternative to cow's milk, giving a delightful creamy flavor! ????
- Refined vegetable oil - 75 g
- Cocoa powder - 35 g
- Baking powder - 10 g (approximately 1.5 tsp)
- Sugar - 100 g
- Vanilla sugar - 20 g
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
For the luscious glaze:
- Chocolate - 90 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
Now, let the magic unfold step by step:
1. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine flour, cocoa, and baking powder.
