How To make Christmas Spiral Bread
1 Loaf (14-16 oz) frozen sweet
-or white dough bread, -thawed 1/3 c Chopped red candied cherries
1/3 c Chopped green candied
-cherries 1/4 c Chopped toasted slivered
-almonds 1 Slightly beaten egg white
1 Egg yolk
1 tb Water
Icing Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. On a lightly floured surface roll dough into a 14 x 9 inch rectangle. Combine candied cherries, almonds and egg white. Spread over dough. Beginning at short ends, roll each side up jelly-roll style to center. Place dough double roll side up in prepared pan. Cover, let rise until loaf just comes to top of pan. Combine egg yolk and water. Brush over loaf. Bake in 350 degree oven 25-30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Drizzle or spread with icing. ICING: Mix 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon milk until smooth. Add more milk a few drops at a time to desired consistency. -----

Ingredients:
200g all purpose flour
30g sugar
3g salt ( Correction i wrote 30g salt in a video only 3g)
3g instant yeast
150ml warm milk
20g unsalted soft melt butter
120g peanut butter, you can substitute anything you want according to your choice
Preheated the oven and sets for 180 degree for 18-20 minutes baking time

Three Steps to follow

Dough making
All purpose flour:4 cups
Milk powder:2tbsp
Instant Yeast :1 tbsp
Oil :4tbsp
Salt:1 tsp
Sugar ground:1 tsp
Egg:1
Baking powder:1/4 tsp
Water:as required (luke warm)
Mix all the ingredients and knead with luke warm water...cover it and place at warm place for 1 hour until it becomes double in volume ...Dough is ready
Chicken filling
Chicken mince:1/2kg
Onion:1 medium chopped
Ginger paste:1 tbsp
Garlic chopped:1 tbsp
Salt:1 tbsp
Red chilli flakes:1 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala:1 tsp
Black pepper powder:1 tsp
Orange colour:pinch
Green chillies:4-5 crushed
Milk : half cup
Flour:2 tbsp
Oil:1/4cup
Water:as required
Heat oil and add onion...than add mince and all the above mentioned spices...add some water ,when chicken mince is tender...add milk ....bring to boil and add flour and mix well...Chicken filling is ready
Egg wash
Egg:1
Water:3-4 tbsp
Whisk properly to make egg wash...The purpose is to give nice brown colour to the bread
Assembling
Spread the dough,roll it and fill the mince in between....Now apply egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds
3.Baking
Preheat oven at 250C for 15 minutes ...than bake the chicken bread at 180C for 25 minutes ...than grill for 5 minutes to make yummy chicken bread...Enjoy????

Ingredients:
1 (10 pounds) Fully Cooked Spiral Sliced Ham from Sam's Club or Costco
Warming Instructions
1. Heat oven to 275 deg. F
2. Remove all packaging materials and place ham in shallow roasting pan, flat side down.
3. Cover pan tightly with foil.
4. Bake for approximately 15 minutes per pound until heated through. Do not overheat.
Glaze Instructions
Remove ham from oven.
Remove foil and turn ham on its side.
Caution: Ham will be hot. Please use utensils to turn ham.
Place refrigerated glaze packet under warm water for 1 minute or until glaze is softened.
Cut off corner of packet and apply glaze evenly over ham surface. Allow to sit 5 to 10 minutes while glaze melts into ham.
Notes
If desired, glazed ham maybe heated. Remove ham from oven 10 minutes before end of warming time and follow instructions for glazing ham. Heat glazed ham, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes in 275 deg. F oven.
