Banana Cheesecake(No Bake) Video 1
2 graham cracker pie crusts
16 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 (3.4 ounces) box Instant banana cream pudding
3/4 cup sour cream
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream (40% fat is best)
In a medium bowl mixed pudding with 2 cups of milk like on the back of the box says, mix well then set aside.
In a large bowl using an electric hand mixer, beat cream cheese with lemon juice and vanilla till fluffy.
Now add the sour cream and powdered sugar and mix well.
Now let's add heavy whipping cream and mix for about 4 minutes until it gets very thick.
Now finally mix in the prepared banana pudding and combine well.
Divide cheese cake mixture into two graham cracker pie crusts, cover them and let them chill in the fridge for a few hours to set up.
To serve, top the pie with whipped topping and enjoy!
Garnish maybe with some sliced bananas or graham cracker crumbs or drizzle some caramel sauce or even chocolate sauce if you would like!

This dessert is another variation of desserts that I think you’ll enjoy. You can serve an individual portion for more elegant, restaurant-style presentation. Today, I present you a deconstructed velvety crème banana cheesecake with rich lemon curd and sweet crispy pieces of almond crumble. You can choose whether you want to serve in a glass or on a plate. I think both looks great. On a plate, I placed the cheesecake slalom then filled the plate with other details; I have decorated with sprinkles of chocolate balls from Valrhona and finished by placing fresh green herbs on top for beautiful color contrast. For the glass version, you can make the dessert completely ready a few hours before the serving and store them in the fridge. If you are going to serve on a plate, it is best to make them just before serving. Have fun and arrange a wreath of colors, shape, textures and flavors combination.

- 120g wheat flour
- 80g sugar
- 30g ground, chopped almonds (curse)
- 30g almond flour
- 110g cold grated butter
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
[Lemon Curd]
- 140g granulated sugar
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 60g butter (cut into smaller pieces)
- Juice and finely grated peel from 2 large lemons (0.4 cup juice)
[Crème Banana Cheese]
- 200g soft cream cheese or farmer cheese
- 1.5 bananas + 1 Tbsp lemon juice (blend, purée)
- 60g icing sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
- 1 tsp vanilla paste or banana extract
[Decoration]
- Chocolate balls white or yellow

Nobody will turn down a banana cream pie, but a cheesecake? Don't need to ask me twice! This Banana Cream Cheesecake takes things a step further made in single serving mason jars, layered with fresh banana slices, a pudding-cheesecake blend, and vanilla cookies.
These are best eaten freshly made and topped with whipped cream and another cookie (or two). The banana flavor really adds a tropical oomph to the mix that you won't want to put down!

for a 26 cm pan:
dough:
• 1 3/4 cup flour
• salt
• 150g/1cup butter
• 4 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/2 lemon zest
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
• 1 tbsp sugar
• bananas
• 375g/2.5 cups cream cheese
• 150g/1 cup sour cream
•3 eggs
• 1 egg white
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• 1/2 lemon zest
• 3 tbsp flour
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• salt
• 6 tbsp sugar
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Put the dough into the greased form. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, 3 egg yolks, zest, flour and sugar. Beat with a mixer 4 egg whites with salt until peaks. Connect with the main filling.
Sprinkle breadcrumbs, sugar into a mold with dough and put sliced bananas. Pour the mix.
Bake for 60 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
