✅if you want to see how sweet they are or how you want them, mix the flour, sugar and salt taste it and if you want it a little more sweet add a little more sugar want them more on the salty side add a little more salt, keep in mind if you add honey they will be a little more sweet
✅your house is too cold? Easy fix, turn on your oven for 1 MINUTE, make sure to turn it off after that ONE MINUTE place dough in and allow it to rest , this will be the warmest place in your home! ????
Ingredients:
21-24 dinner rolls weight between 2oz-2.5oz
1 1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp butter
4 tbsp vegetable shortening
3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
5 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/4 tsp Instant yeast
Salt I used 2 tsp
1 egg

BREAD ROLLS INGREDIENTS:
►3 Tbsp very warm water (110˚F-115˚F)
►2 1/4 tsp or 1 packet active dry yeast
►1 cup low-fat milk, warm (105-110˚F)
►5 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted or very soft, plus more for the pan
►3 Tbsp granulated sugar
►1 large egg, room temperature
►1 tsp salt
►3 1/2 cups bread flour, divided (add an extra 1/4 cup if needed)

1 package (0.25 oz or 2 1/2 tsp) active dry (not instant or rapid rise)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup (5 1/2 TBSP, 2.6oz, 73gr) unsalted butter, room temperature
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
4 cups (17oz, 476gr) all-purpose flour
