8 oz Cream cheese
8 oz Sour cream
1 Jar Armour dry beef (chop)
4 oz Grated chedder cheese
1 Lea-Perrins Sauce sprinkle
1 Garlic to taste
1 Tabasco to taste
3 Chopped green onions
1 Round sour dough bread loft
Wrap in foil 350 degrees 45 minutes.

■ クランベリーとクリームチーズのパンの材料(6個分)
・強力粉 170g
・薄力粉 30g
・砂糖 10g
・塩 3g
・水 130g
・無塩バター 10g
・ドライイースト 3g
・ドライクランベリー 50g

・クリームチーズ 130g
・ハチミツ 10g
・粉糖 10g
■ Ingredients
・170g bread flour
・30g cake flour
・10g sugar
・3g salt
・130g water
・10g unsalted butter
・3g dry yeast
・50g dry cranberry

・130g cream cheese
・10g honey
・10g powdered sugar
■ 作り方
1、ドライクランベリーをお湯に通して、ふやかし、水気を取っておきます。
2、ボウルにクリームチーズと、ハチミツ、粉糖を入れ、なめらかになるまで混ぜたら、冷蔵庫で冷やしておきます。
3、ボウル、強力粉、薄力粉、砂糖、塩、ドライイースト、水を入れ、ひと固まりになるまで混ぜます。
4、台に出して、表面がなめらかになるまで捏ねます。
5、無塩バターを加え、再度なめらかになるまで捏ねます。
6、クランベリーを加え、全体に均一になるように、軽く捏ねながら混ぜ込みます。
7、ボウルに入れ、約2倍の大きさになるまで一次発酵させます。
8、ガスを抜くようにやさしく捏ねて丸め、6等分します。
9、生地を8個に丸めて、ベンチタイムを15分とります。
10、麺棒で、中央を厚めに、端を薄めに生地を丸く伸ばします。
11、生地の中央にクリームチーズを乗せて、包みます。最後にしっかり生地をつまんで閉じます。
12、6個すべて包んだら、天板に並べ15~20分二次発酵させます。
13、強力粉を振りかけ、ハサミで切り込みを入れます。
14、210℃で予熱したオーブンに入れ、約13分焼きます。
15、クーラーの上に取り出し、荒熱をとって完成です。

2 lb cherry tomatoes, trimmed
3 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
8 oz prepared herbed cream cheese at room temperature
1 pc sourdough bread or loaf of your choice, sliced
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
To serve:
Basil leaves, torn
Parmesan cheese, powdered or grated
Olive oil

0:08 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
0:14 In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, 3 tablespoons of oil, and Italian seasoning.
0:26 Season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat. Spread out onto a lined baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes or until slightly blistered but still retains its shape.
0:54 When tomatoes are about 10 minutes away from being done, brush your sourdough bread or loaf slices with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
1:22 Spread out the bread on a baking sheet and toast under a broiler for a few minutes until crisp and golden.
1:28 Assemble by spreading roughly 2 tablespoons of herbed cream cheese onto the bread, then top and spread roughly 2 tablespoons of tomatoes.
