How To make Crusty Crescent Taco Squares
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/3 oz. envelope taco seasoning mix
16 ounces refried beans
8 ounce can tomato sauce
2 (8 oz.)cans Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
1 tablespoon oil
1/3 cup cornmeal
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
(4 ounces)
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese :
(4 ounces)
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomatoes
taco sauce
Heat oven to 375 F. Brown meat and onions; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix, beans and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles. Place in ungreased 15x10 inch jelly roll pan; press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust. Brush dough with oil; sprinkle with cornmeal. Spoon hot meat mixture over crust. Bake at 375 F. for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted, about 1-2 minutes. Cut into squares. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and taco sauce, as desired. Makes 8 servings. Dorito Pie, Something the whole family will love!
What can I say but anything with Doritos has to be good, right? Seasoned taco meat sandwiches between layers of Doritos and cheese is a winner of a dinner. Everyone in your family will love this delicious pie!
Dorito Pie
Ingredients
1 pound of ground beef
1 package of taco seasoning
1 can of crescent rolls
1/2 stick of butter
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa
1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
3 cups crushed Doritos
Instructions
Taco Seasoning Blend
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
Cook the ground beef with taco seasoning until it is completely cooked through. Unroll crescent rolls, placing them into a deep dish pie plate with the points of each crescent roll in the center. Press them together to close up the seams. Add half of the crushed Doritos, and then the seasoned ground beef. Combine the sour cream and salsa and spread over the taco meat. Sprinkle with the cheese, and then top with the other half of the Doritos. Melt the butter and pour over the top. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.

Taco Crescent Bake - Easy Dinner Recipe!
Thanks for tuning into Cookmas 2020 where every day in December I will be posting a cooking recipe! I will be sharing a variety of delicious recipes from easy crockpot meals, sheet pan meals, to dessert and drink recipes.
Taco Crescent Bake
Ingredients:
1 package crescent rolls
1 pd ground beef
Taco seasoning packet
Taco sauce
8 oz sour cream
2 cups Colby jack cheese
2 cups crushed Doritos
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 9x 13 pan with cooking spray. Press crescent rolls into the bottom of the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Brown the ground beef and drain the grease. Add in taco seasoning, taco sauce, and sour cream. Mix well. Layer on top of crescent rolls when they are done in the oven. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Add crushed Doritos on top and bake 15 minutes more.
Serve & enjoy!

cherry tomatoes - 4 pieces
IN THE OVEN 180°C (356 °F)/25 MIN
