(7 1/2 oz.) 1 pound Alaska King crab 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons sherry 1 tablespoon finely chopped onions 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon parsley flakes 1 cup cubed Swiss cheese 1 unbaked 10" pie shell :
FILLING:
3 eggs :
well beaten 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 teaspoon salt Bake pie shell at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Combine well dr ained crab with lemon juice, sherry, onion, curry and parsley. Refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavors. Cover bottom of pastry shell with cubed cheese. Spread crab and seasonings over cheese. Combine all ingredients for filling and pour o ver all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and set. C ool slightly and cut in wedges. Ingredients: 1 - 9 inch deep dish frozen pie crust 4-eggs 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 dashes of Tabasco 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1(8 ounce) Imitation crab meat I green onion chopped
- preheat oven to 350 degrees place pie crust in preheated oven for ten minutes or until starting to brown -mix all you ingredients in a large bowl eggs, salt, hot sauce,cheese,onion and crab meat whisk together -once fill crust are out the oven fill with the mixture - bake for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven - turn off oven but keep door close for 20-30 minutes Enjoy :) Thanks for watching

2 medium size potatoes 1 green mango 4 cups coconut milk 8 small okra chopped onions Chopped garlic Chopped scallions & cilantro 3 hot peppers thyme Chopped or grape tomatoes 4 tbsp curry powder 1 tbsp geera/ground cumin 1 tbsp masala/ ground coriander 1 tsp chicken bouillon 1 tsp sazon seasoning the one without color 1 tsp complete seasoning 1/2 tsp black pepper

Simple Shrimp Quiche Recipe
Chef Erwin Tjahyadi's Southeast Asian twist on a classic breakfast quiche- the Crustless Malay Laksa Shrimp Quiche
INGREDIENTS 12 eggs, whole 1 can Ayam coconut milk 4 tbsp Ayam laksa curry paste 12 shrimp (16/20), peeled and deveined 1 tbsp garlic, minced 1/2 cup cilantro 1 cup onion, diced ½ tsp paprika 1 cup mozzarella cheese salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS •Sear clean and deveined shrimp for 3-5 minutes •Chop cooked shrimp into medium sized pieces, set aside •In a clean large mixing bowl, add onions, garlic, egg, cheese, coconut milk, laksa curry paste, salt, chopped shrimp, and paprika; mix well •Grease a large cast iron pan with butter •Pour the mixture into the pan •Cover pan with foil and bake at 375 F for 20-30 minutes •Remove the foil and bake for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown on top •To serve, gently remove quiche off the pan and cut into 8 slices and top with your favorite hot sauce
