How to Cook a London Broil Steak in the Wok
In this easy cooking video, I cook a London Broil Steak on the stove, in my carbon steel wok. First, I seasoned the steak on both sides with kosher salt and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper. Then, I added some Avocado oil to my pan, and cooked the steak over high heat, for 4 minutes on one side, and 5 1/2 minutes on the second side, until the internal temperature of the steak reached 130 degrees F. Cooking times will vary depending on the size of your steak, and how well you like yours cooked.

Grilled London Broil Recipe on the Napoleon Phantom Grill
London Broil is a cooking technique that is applied to a large, tough, piece of meat that makes it turn out nice and tender. For this London Broil I use top round and marinade it in my tomato based beef marinade. The acid in the tomatoes help to tenderize the London Broil.
Its best if you marinade it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
The flavor is incredible!
Enjoy.
