Sweet-toothed Ooni fans, listen up: We've got the dessert-inspired pizza to appease your cravings at your next party: Banoffee Pie.
For the uninitiated, Banoffee is a traditional English dessert featuring a buttery biscuit base topped with caramel, cream, banana and sometimes chocolate too. (Yum!)
This indulgent recipe for Banoffee-inspired pizza comes from Scott Deley (@scottspizzaproject). Its success relies on a blind bake — using ice to weigh down the untopped dough — so as to not burn the caramel in the high-temperature oven. Once baked, Scott slathers it with caramel, then tops it with sliced banana, crumbled biscuit, whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Warning: You may enjoy this dessert pie so much, Nutella pizza becomes a distant memory.

Bobby Flay's Margherita Pizza

Ingredients
1 store-bought pizza dough
Olive oil, for brushing and drizzling
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 pound fresh mozzarella, sliced 1/4-inch thick
3 Roma tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
Directions
Prepare the grill for direct and indirect cooking.
Once the grill is hot (you can hold your hands an inch over the grates for no more than 2 seconds), stretch and shape the dough into a 12-inch round on a flat surface. Brush the top with oil, salt and pepper and toss on the grill, oil-side down. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, 1 minute. Check the bottom of the dough to see if it is getting browned. If it is on one part, but not the other, use a spatula or tongs to rotate the dough 90 degrees and cook for another minute. If it is still not beginning to brown, cover the grill and continue to cook a minute at a time until the bottom has browned evenly. (It should only take a couple minutes if you have a hot grill.) The top of the pizza dough will also start bubbling up with air pockets.
Once the pizza dough has browned on the bottom, flip over and grill until golden brown and the dough is just firm, another minute or so. Remove to a sheet pan. Cover the grill so it retains the heat for the next step.
Drizzle the top with more olive oil. Put the mozzarella and tomato slices on top and season with salt and pepper. Return the pizza to the grill on the sheet pan, cover the grill and cook for 3 or 4 minutes to melt the cheese. Remove from the grill and tear the basil leaves over the top. Slice and serve immediately.

2 tablespoons honey
2 plums, cut in wedges and grilled
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
Confectioners' sugar, for dusting

Combine the mascarpone cheese and honey. Smear the mascarpone over the pizza and scatter the plum wedges and berries on top. Put the pizza on the sheet pan back on the grill, close the cover and cook just to warm the fruit, about 2 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar and serve immediately.

????Banana Nutella Pizza Recipe Easy????
In this video from Food Talks, you will learn how to make perfect Nutella pizza in the Roccbox pizza oven, topped with banana slices and icing sugar. Wondering how to cook Nutella pizza? You'll get your answer in this video whether to spread the Nutella before or after cooking. We also show you a secret cooking hack to make sure that the Nutella stays gooey and creamy. To say the least, your life will be changed forever. You can thank us later. We cook this banana Nutella pizza in our Roccbox pizza oven, but you can achieve great results in your regular home oven.
Instructions for conventional oven:
Preheat a pizza stone/steel for 30-40 minutes at the max temperature your oven can reach. Then cook the pizza dough only on the pizza stone for about 5 minutes (covered with potato slices), or until the dough is cooked and has a nice brown color. Remove the potato slices, spread Nutella and put banana slices.
Nutella Pizza Ingredients:
250g pizza dough ball (Pizza dough recipe ➡️
1 potato, cut into 1cm thick slices
3-4 tbs Nutella
1 ripe banana, sliced
Icing sugar
Instructions:
1. Cover dough ball with semolina and flatten the dough with your hands on a work surface.
2. Open pizza dough using gravity, leaving a small edge all around the pizza.
3. Place potato slices in the middle of the pizza dough to keep it flat while it's cooking.
4. Slide the pizza dough onto pizza peel and launch into your oven. Cook for 90 seconds on medium flame in a pizza oven, or at maximum temperature for 5 minutes in a regular home oven.
5. Remove potato slices and discard. Top warm pizza dough with Nutella, banana slices and icing sugar.
