How To make Easy Spaghetti Casserole
1 1/2 c Ground chuck
1 lg Onion, chopped
1 lg Green pepper, chopped
1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cl Garlic, minced
1 cn 35 oz Italian peeled tomatos
-coarsely chopped and juice -reserved 1 cn 12 oz tomato sauce
1 ts Basil
1 ts Oregano
1 Bay leaf
3/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 lb Spaghetti,linguine, or
-fettucine 2 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1 c Bread crumbs
1. In a 5-6 qt. dutch oven, cook the ground chuck, onion, peppers,
mushrooms, and garlic over medium-high heat, stirring often to break up lumps of meat, until beef loses its pink color (about 8 min.) 2. Add tomatoes with their juice, tomato sauce, basil, oregano, bay leaf
and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring often, until slightly thickened about 20 min. 3. Meanwhile, in a large pot of lightly salted water, cook spaghetti until
just tender, about 9 minutes. Drain well. 4. Preheat oven to 350F. Add spaghetti, and 1 cup of cheese to the sauce;
stir gently to mix. Transfer to a lightly oiled very large baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and remaining cheese on top. 5. Bake until top is lightly browned and casserole is bubbling; about 30

It’s another beautiful and special day and today we are making our favorite spaghetti casserole, this was one of my favorite meals to make when I used to work at the hospital, I would have it ready for my husband so he can cook it before getting home! Everyone’s loves pasta and this one is just the best of both worlds lasagna and spaghetti so if you are like me that looooves cheese than you are going to definitely love this one and best part super easy to make when using store bought sauce, my top two favorite are Prego and Rao’s ???? ☺️???? PRO TIP!!!!
✅the spaghetti needs to be half way cooked so just cook 5 minutes less than package instructions
✅you can make that dish a head of time just assemble cover and refrigerate until ready to cook
✅if you don’t want to use sausage you don’t have to just use 2lbs of meat only or divide as desired
✅want to make your own sauce no problem, here’s how
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lb Italian mild sausage
1 lb spaghetti
48 oz pasta sauce of choice
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
Italian blend cheese
Mozzarella cheese
1/2 minced onion
1/2 minced green pepper
1 tsp Italian seasonings
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt I used 1 3/4 tsp
black pepper I used 1 tsp

Easy Baked Spaghetti
Baked Spaghetti is a cheesy, tasty, easy dinner for any night of the week. This super easy baked spaghetti recipe is something the whole family is sure to love!
INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS:
INGREDIENTS
16 ounces dry spaghetti
1 pound ground chuck
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 medium yellow onion diced
3 garlic cloves minced
24 ounces Marinara sauce (your favorite) (one jar)
2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil divided
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese divided
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 350°F and spray a 13x9 baking dish with nonstick spray.
Cook the spaghetti, per package directions, to al dente and drain.
While the spaghetti cooks, brown the beef in a large skillet set over medium heat. Break the beef up with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
Drain the beef and wipe out the skillet.
In the same skillet, add the oil and butter. Add onions and cook until onion has softened and is translucent, about 4-5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook an additional 30 seconds.
Add the beef, marinara sauce, 1-tablespoon chopped basil and ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well combined and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Add the cooked spaghetti and stir until the spaghetti is well-coated.
Transfer the spaghetti mixture to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with Mozzarella and the remaining ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes or until cheese has melted and the spaghetti is hot throughout.
Garnish with the remaining chopped basil and serve.

OLD SCHOOL BAKED SPAGHETTI ????/MONDAY MOTIVATIONAL MENU IDEA SEGMENTS
This is a very easy and simple dish that u can make and feed lots of people
You can also make it a day ahead of time and bake later on
Very simple recipe
Recipe for meat sauce and pasta
1# spaghetti
1# ground beef
12 oz tomato paste
14 oz tomato sauce
14 oz tomato diced
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped green bell peppers
Salt and pepper
Saute peppers ,onions and garlic until tender
Add ground beef and and cook an additional 5 -10 minutes until brown
Add tomato products and simmer for 10-15 minutes
FOR CHEESE MIXTURE:
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sous cream/cottage(optional)
in baking dish cover with meat sauce
then add spaghetti
then cheddar cheese /mozzarella cheese
repeat process ending with meat sauce on top
bake uncovered for 30 minutes on 350 degrees
remove from oven and cover with remaining cheese
Place back in oven and cook for 5 additional minutes or until melted
