chili pepper (optional)

thyme powder, black pepper, red pepper flake, turmeric, ginger, salt
1 tbsp flour

Hi friends today we are going to make Tasty omelet using egg plant

Ingredients
Egg plant / Brinjal 1
Eggs 2-3
Onion medium size 1
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Mustard paste 1/4 tsp
salt 1 tsp ( to taste )
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Coriander
Cheese cube 1
Plain butter 2 tsp
Process is very simple yet so yummy..
Note Cut the brinjal into slices and remove center portion chop into small pieces place in water by adding salt, then fry the onions for lite brown add brinjal pieces
for 2 mins on high flame and close for 3-4 mins on simmer mix and turnoff the flame, add coriander and keep aside then place the rings on medium flame for first 2 mins then
flip it pour the egg mix and close for 3 mins on medium to low flame only then flip it grate cheese cube and turn off the flame
Serve hot with any sauce.

SIMPLE TORTANG TALONG | EGGPLANT OMELET | Recipe #: 46
We are siblings who want to do versions of the foods we crave. We are not professional cooks but we love food. We check out food choices, cook, and give in to cravings. :) As they say, food is life. :)
INGREDIENTS:
4 pcs Eggplant
2 large Eggs
1 medium size Onion
3 small size Tomato (1 large size tomato)
2 tbsp chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Oil for frying
PROCEDURES:
1. Poke each eggplant all over its body
2. Then grill for about 5 minutes or until eggplant skin is burnt. Please see video. Best grill using a charcoal. Some people would boil the eggplant but we prefer grilling them since it gives you smokey flavor
3. Dice the Onion, Red Bell Pepper, and Tomato, then set aside
4. Beat 2 eggs, season with salt and pepper
5. While the grilled eggplants are still warm, peel off the burnt skin. It is best to remove the skin while still hot because it peels off easily.
6. Once peeled, flatten and widen the eggplant on a flat surface using a fork.
7. Sprinkle salt on the flattened eggplant to enhance taste
8. On a pan, sauté the onion, tomato, and green onions. Then remove from the pan
9. On the same pan we will fry the eggplants.
10. Before frying, dip the flattened eggplant on the beaten eggs
11. Then lay flat on your frying pan with a little cooking oil
12. Then top with the sautéed onion, tomato, and green onion
13. Add egg mixture on top of the sautéed ingredients
14. Flip on the other side, then serve
