????TAGLIATELLE NEGRO IN LEMON-GARLIC SAUCE WITH TAKOYAKI OCTOPUS BALLS & SHRIMPS????????????iCook #tagliatelle
????????Takoyaki originates from Japan and is a ball of dough filled with octopus tentacles, which have an approximate diameter of 5 cm. Takoyaki is a small warm dish from Kansai. A piece of octopus arm is inserted into a ball of dough about the size of a plum. Here I added to my Tagliatelle Negro with shrimp and scallion for the sauce lemon-garlic. Then for a side dish, I made a beetroot-apple salad with Tamarind dressing. I tell you were a perfect match to the taste of beetroot salad. You can try it if you want to know how it tastes.
